Excellent stay
The house itself was ok. The house next door was broken down and disgusting
Excellent location. Close (walkable with a toddler) to a quiet private beach, playground, and quiet benches that overlook the water. Less than 5 minutes to town (CVS, Niantic Main St, famers market Thurs) where the are a number of driving options. I recommend Main Treet Grill's top deck. The house is toddler-friendly: sparsely furnished and decorated = babyproof, but yard requires heavy supervision (not fenced on road side). Other pros: New washer & dryer, king bed is hard to find in a rental, and this one was really firm. Don't rent if: you want to be within walking distance of beach with big waves or entertainment, or you require a bathtub (only showers here).
