I was difficulties findings a place that could accommodate my friends and I last minute. The host for very responsive and was able to change the dates around to accommodate me. The place was very clean and the backyard was impressive. I had a comfortable stay and would recommend this stay to anyone staying in the Orlando area with a larger group. Thank you!

We enjoyed our stay - it happened to be so much busier for us that week than anticipated so we didn’t have time to enjoy all of the toys, games and outdoor spaces, but it all looked so good! The house was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed! Thank you!

This property features a unique, expansive backyard with plenty of activities to enjoy—from yard games and fishing off the dock to relaxing in the hot tub or lounging in the ample outdoor seating. We especially loved the surround sound music (controlled via Alexa in the Speak Easy shed) and the unique lighting that created a great atmosphere.While the Speak Easy shed isn’t a particularly usable hangout space, it does house a commercial ice machine and an Alexa system for music, which we appreciated having.There’s plenty of parking available with two driveways. The fourth bedroom is located above the garage with a separate entrance and includes a kitchenette and a small bathroom—perfect for added privacy.I did suggest to the owners that they provide a laminated welcome sheet or folder with key information, such as how to adjust the (locked) hot tub temperature, operate the lighting and sound system, and locate the fourth bedroom. While the owners are very responsive to messages, having a reference guide on hand would be a convenient option.Overall, we had 10 family members staying here and had a great time!

House was perfect for our purpose. Spoke to host prior to our booking and told them we were going to hold a small family reunion at the home. It was the perfect spot! We created many or memories!! Thanks Matt for being so responsive in any questions we had! Will stay here again.

Absolutely stunning lake house! This property exceeded all our expectations and provided the perfect setting for our family vacation. The house was immaculate, with modern amenities and beautiful decor that made us feel right at home. The views of the lake were breathtaking, and we enjoyed every minute on the spacious deck, whether we were sipping our morning coffee or having evening barbecues. The private dock was a fantastic feature, allowing us to easily access the lake for fishing and boating. The kitchen was fully equipped, making it easy to prepare meals, and the open floor plan made it a joy to cook and socialize at the same time. The living areas were cozy and inviting, with plenty of space for everyone to relax. Each bedroom was comfortable and well-appointed, ensuring a good night's sleep for all. The hosts were incredibly responsive and provided excellent recommendations for local activities, dining, and shopping. Their attention to detail and hospitality made our stay even more enjoyable. We loved exploring the nearby trails and parks, and the quaint local towns offered charming shops and eateries. Overall, this lake house provided a perfect blend of relaxation and adventure. We had an unforgettable experience and can’t wait to return. Highly recommend this property for anyone looking for a peaceful and memorable getaway!

This is the 2nd time I stay at this beautiful property. Let me begin by saying the pictures don’t do it any justice. The place is absolutely breath taking. There have been a lot of upgrades to the exterior space since last year. Picnic tables, bbq, griddle, plenty of area to play around fire pit and kayaks. The house has a great layout, and the little studio above the garage is absolutely stunning. The place is well stocked with kitchenware and everything needed when on Holiday. The kitchen is spacious and the common areas are very comfy. I can’t think of anything to make my stay better. Matt and family have done a great job with this great property. Can’t wait to return next year.
