Stayed Apr 11, 2025We had a great stay - the property was really well set up in terms of the space, the kitchen, and thoughtful extras in the bathrooms. The beds were super comfortable and the house remarkably quiet at night for being in downtown. Staying here was a great way to enjoy Annapolis and would definitely stay here again. Best part was Jessica was an awesome host - great communicator and made sure our stay was smooth - wish every host was this great.

Stayed Dec 27, 2024What a wonderful place to stay! We had 6 of us staying for the Military Bowl. From first booking it, the host reached out to us. Since 2 of the adults were grown siblings and did not want to sleep together on the pull out, we brought a blow up mattress and there was room for it.Everything about this place was top notch. The amenities from the coffee pot to the soaps in the bathrooms were outstanding. Location was great and walking distance to all the great restaurants. Buddy’s crab and ribs as well as the Markerthouse were our favorites. McGarvers was not- their staff was absolutely rude- would not recommend them at all. But we won’t go into details here…Overall, this was a great experience and would love to go back in the spring and stay here again.

The location is wonderful, easy to walk everywhere. Communication and property details were very helpful and informative. We will defiantly be back!

Stayed Feb 16, 2024The Restriction Retreat is a double thumbs up in my book and somewhere I plan to stay again. The property is exactly as pictured, and the host, Jessica, is on top of it when it comes to welcoming guest and communicating. The location can’t be beat if you want quick access to Main Street or the USNA. The kitchen is well equipped and all the added amenities are top notch. Everything is super clean, smells great, and the beds/pillows are amazing, like really amazing! It truly was one of the best properties we have stayed at and I can’t wait to return.
