The Home
This 2,056 sq ft historic Old Colorado City home has been thoughtfully restored to preserve its original charmwhile offering the comforts of a modern stay. Warm wood floors, exposed brick, and towering ceilings give the main level a welcoming, character-rich feel that's both cozy and spacious.

The main living room features a very comfortable sectional and a Smart TV with an Apple streaming device, making it an easy place to unwind after a day of exploring. From here, the space flows naturally into the dining area, where a large table seats eight comfortably, and then into the fully updated kitchen. An additional eat-in kitchen table provides extra seating and flexibility. The kitchen is well equipped with everything needed for both short- and long-term stays, whether you're cooking simple meals or settling in for an extended visit.
Also on the main level are two bedrooms, each offering a comfortable queen bed, with one bedroom including its own Smart TV. A full bathroom with a walk-in shower is conveniently located on this level as well.

Downstairs, the finished basement adds an entirely separate living space that's perfect for families or groups. The second living room features a large projector ideal for movie nights, along with games for all ages. The couch in this space also functions as a sofa sleeper, providing additional sleeping options. The basement includes a second full kitchen complete with a full-size refrigerator and freezer, stove and oven, dishwasher, microwave, sink, and dishes—perfect for larger groups or extended stays. Two additional bedrooms are located on this level, each with a queen bed, and one also includes a Smart TV. A full bathroom with a shower/tub combo and a full-size washer and dryer complete the lower level.
