Restored farmhouse in Old Town Loveland

Super cute and cozy. Better than expected even from the photos. 15 minute walk to downtown restaurants and 15 minute drive to the Blue Arena Event Center. Hot water with great pressure. Keurig with coffee and cream. It was in the 90s outside but the A/C was amazing and kept the place very cool even at 72 degrees. Fenced in little back yard area for the doggo and chairs for catching some early morning rays. All the silverware and cookware you need and then some. Modern washer and dryer. Clean fridge and high end dishwasher work garbage disposal. Boys really loved their rooms, and my wife was perfectly pleased (not an easy task). Living room very cozy. Will be back next year! This is an adorable little gem so if you're in Loveland be sure to stay. You won't be disappointed.

House, yard, and location were all fantastic.

Loved the hard wood floors and modern kitchen and shower. Road busy in front but felt safe and close to numerous restaurants, stores, ice cream, etc. Definitely would stay again.

Checkin/out: received automated email with check in/out information, no issues with accessStay: water was super hot (great), beds were VERY comfortable, extra bedding and pillows available, (but needed more pillow cases, and pillows need to be replaced or at minimum stains removed).General: soap for dishwasher was provided along with plenty of towels, and trash bags. Two bathrooms for this size house is amazingWhy only 4 instead of 5: attempted to contact host twice before arrival without any response. Few basic shelf stable items (no sugar for coffee), Internet throttled in the evenings making it hard to watch TV once kids in bedOverall very good value for money, excellent access to Loveland and the Rockies

This was a great house for a few of my co-workers and I to stay as we're doing work in the area. They had everything we needed. Definitely would stay here again.

Wish we could've stayed longer

Cute home, very clean. Loved the fact that there were bikes and coffee, what more could we want? Walkable to town (about 2/3 of a mile) and close to trails.

We came in for our son’s wedding. The pictures on the web site IMO make it love a lot nicer than it is. It’s on an extremely busy street. There were certain aspects of the rental that were good like for example, the beds were comfortable and it was restored. With that said, it smelled like cat urine from the moment we got there. The place allows pets so that’s why it smells. The kitchen was bare without even a sponge. There were no board games, There were only 2 towels for the kitchen, no condiments except for salt, q tips in the bathroom would be a nice touch as well.

Property was cozy, we sat outside and loved the seating, even had bikes available. fenced yard was great for our dog.

Love the house and the area. Close to everything.

Location was close to downtown and the house was nice. It is on a busy street. Large backyard with a fire pit and grill. Only issue we ran into was it stared garage parking available on the listing but upon arrival, garage was not available for parking. Would absolutely stay again as communication with host and check in was easy and great!

Awesome place in close proximity and walking distance to downtown Loveland. Quiet and comfortable. Highly recommend!!

This house is clean, spacious and has A/C which yes it’s needed in Colorado during the day in the summer months. It is located on a somewhat busy street but it was not noisy and the backyard was an added bonus. Simple check in and check out details were sent the morning of check in. We will definitely be back again.

Lovely getaway, loved the fireplace in the backyard. Loved the proximity to River's Edge Natural Area.

Great relaxing stay- clean space !

This is the second time we stayed here to attend a local event.

Good location. Good communication from the owner. We only stayed for 2 days here, which was a mistake. We should of been here our whole trip. Easily housed our family of 5. Our kids loved the vibe of the early 1900s home, had fun playing hide and seek and exploring the charm of the home. Would stay again
