    We stayed here for the weekend when attending a wedding down the street at Cree Estate and this suit our group perfectly. It was very spacious, within walking distance to the estate and clean.

    Great location with easy access to activities throughout the valley. This is an older unit which is definitely tired and in need of updates to the carpeting and both bathrooms. Living area and bedroom furniture were relatively up-to-date ad comfortable.

    The location of our townhouse was great and the overall layout worked well for our group of five people (two families). However, there were a few issues with the property. Most serious was the smell of cigarette (and marijuana) smoke coming from the adjacent unit. We let our contact person know this was an issue and she informed us they have received this complaint before and informed the owners. If you know this is a problem I think you should be sure the renters know it's a potential drawback. We would have avoided the rental if we knew about the smoke problem. The unit advertises a washer/dryer, but there was no laundry soap - we would have been happy with just a couple of soap tablets. The same with the dishwasher soap and toilet paper. We were there for a week and had to purchase several basic amenities one expects to be included. We'll go back to Palm Springs, but would not rent this unit again.

    Very nice condo, plenty of room and easy to get to downtown ( not walkable). Nice pools and hot tub.

    I gave 1 star for clean because of the smell. Property was clean, looked good when you walked in but the smell was horrible. The next door neighbor that shares a wall must smoke 24 hours a day both cigarettes and weed and it leaches into this property. I feel bad for the owner because this is a huge problem. We left with headaches and sore throats. We really only slept there at night, can't imagine if we were there during the day as well we would have left early. I contacted the property manager and got the we have never had anyone complain about this I wasn't going to leave a bad review but have decided that is not fair to others interested in renting this property. Hopefully they can solve the problem and let future tenants know that it was rectified. Very unfortunate because it is a nice property.

    Such a cute little gem this place is. It was a great experience. My contact Robin, was very helpful and answered all of my questions. It's the perfect location and very convenient. The condo was clean, beds were comfy, everything worked great. I will definitely stay there again.
