Stayed Jan 5, 2026Enjoyed our month long stay at this property. It was clean, nicely furnished and the kitchen was well stocked. Loved the location within walking distance to the Kiva Club. Communication with the owner was good. Trilogy at Vistancia is a lovely community with friendly people, great amenities and lots of activities to participate in.

Stayed Oct 1, 2025The host was very response. The house needs some updating but the master bed was comfortable. The kitchen has what you need to prepare a meal. The grounds are well-kept and the amenities were wonderful.

Stayed Aug 1, 2025The home was clean, comfortable, roomy and stocked with enough supplies to get you started. The private swimming pool was amazing. The host is very friendly and attentive. She makes sure all your needs are addressed. I would rate my stay here a 10 and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a quiet, relaxing place to vacation.

Stayed Jan 6, 2024Enjoyed the house and backyard very much. House was as advertised. Very quite neighborhood. We did not use the pool but it was well maintained. Kitchen had all that we needed. There was a gas grill on back patio which we used for steaks, etc. All in all nice open concept house. Would stay again and recommend to friends.

Stayed May 1, 2021This beautiful home in Trilogy offered a safe and friendly neighborhood. The house was sparkling clean, comfortable and well-stocked. The backyard was a perfect place to relax and enjoy the pool. Check-in and check-out was very easy and Brenda occasionally checked in with us and was always available to answer questions. Stayed Mar 1, 2021My husband and I loved our stay. The owners had everything we could possible think of. We would not hesitate to give them a 5 star rating! The house was beautifully furnished, clean, and welcoming. We enjoyed the private pool and activities within the community. We are already looking forward to our stay next year! Stayed Dec 31, 1969Excellent location and property only a short mile walk to the Kiva Club in a super Trilogy property. Enjoyed watching the quail and bunnies cross the property each morning. Even had a bobcat walk around the pool one morning! All the needed accessories were provided from kitchen to pool toys. I’d highly recommend this property for your Peoria stay.
