Stayed Feb 12, 2024The host was very easy to communicate with. There were a few issues when we arrived with electrical which was quickly resolved. The showers did not drain well from the start and the unit backed up to a busy road with much road noise. The home could use some TLC

Stayed Jan 11, 2023Violet's home offers an oasis of calm in this delightful community of Laguna de la Paz, a world away from the hustle and bustle of daily life. The photos on the listing fairly depict the ambience of the property. The furnishings and decor have been gracefully and tastefully done. Violet (based in LA) is a gracious and responsive host, and the community HOA office (particularly Tina) is also an excellent resource for questions and suggestions. As a former guest commented there is some road noise outside on the patio at times (some properties have installed fountains to overlay some white noise distraction). All in all a very pleasurable month away.

Stayed Feb 26, 2022This property is exactly like the pictures, only roomier! Perfect location. Close to downtown La Quinta and to the March BNP tennis tournament. Gated community of Laguna de la Paz is a hidden gem. Walking/biking/hiking all easy and accessible. Owner, Violet, is very friendly/responsive. Highly recommend. (One note: there is street noise, especially when on back patio).
