Resort Style Home in Maricopa-Minutes from Golf, Copper Sky Complex and Harrah's

The home was very well kept and the experience was also great. I can and would love to stay at this place at al times whenever in Arizona. I feel like this is the best place because it truly felt like Home as a opposed to a place that was being rented.

This is an excellent property with a great host and we had a great stay. The pictures do NOT do it justice!They kitchen was well stocked (ziplock bags, tin foil, etc.). There is a Keurig and another coffee pot for use with filters and ground coffee. There were cold waters in the fridge. The Walmart is less than 10 minutes away.There is a desk in the front room/office with a large monitor and an HDMI cable. 600mb internet wifi throughout the house. I worked from there quite well. Note it is open though so for privacy you'll need to use a bedroom. Good Verizon / AT&T cell coverage. There were 3 large screen TVs in the office, living room and master bedroom. There is 1 full bath for the 2nd and 3rd bedroom. Plenty of closet space. The heat and A/C worked great and we needed both.The master bedroom has a private full bath, an entrance to the patio/pool and a huge walk in closet with luggage racks (nice touch!). Plenty of hangars. There is a pack and play which was great for our granddaughter! There are walking trails in the neighborhood with one behind the house which are very pleasant.The pool is fantastic. We did get to swim as it is heated (reasonable extra charge). There is a small gas grill for BBQing but we couldn't find the grill utensils. There is a firepit which was nice and we even roasted marshmallows. The doors to the pool have very high door knobs to prevent the kiddies from wandering out themselves.We are coming here again.

The home was perfect. It was comfortable and spacious. The neighborhood is very quiet. We really enjoyed our time there. The owner was helpful and polite. We definitely would stay here again.

This was a perfect home-away-from-home stay! It fit our multi generational family just right! It’s cute, clean, quiet, lovely community, great communication from the host, and then there was the pool! Overall, a perfect stay. I will absolutely stay here again.

Me and my family came from Seattle, WA to attend my Brother wedding and we found this home on Vrbo which was perfect for us. On our arrival it was very welcoming! the home was beautiful, spacious and clean. The pool was very needed in the heat and the back yard family area was amazing. Me and my family was overall happy and comfortable with our stay. I'll give this Gem a 10 out of 10. Thank you to the owners.

The house in Maricopa was very spacious and beautiful. The backyard offered an amazing heated pool alongside a fire that we used. All of the bedrooms were good sized and fit our group very comfortably. The host was very friendly and easy to communicate with. I would recommend this place to anyone as a 10/10.

Enjoyed our stay in Maricopa. The location worked out well with visiting friends and shopping.

We had a snafu with the pool heat being turned on but after that the place was everything we needed. The only thing missing was a recliner. Highly recomended.

Perfect

We traveled there for our grandson’s wedding. Right before our travel date we had some family issues come up and thought we were going to have to cancel our trip… we contacted the host way after the cancellation period and they were trying to do everything the could to help us!! In the end we were able to attend the wedding and enjoy the VRBO. Will stay again!

Resting on the way home

We enjoyed our stay in the house while in town visiting family. It had everything we needed and space to hang out. It was close to the grocery store and other things to do. Would stay there again!

We found it a wonderful base for our annual father daughter trip. On a side note: Did not realize the trash had to be taken out right when we got there, on a Sunday. With our garbage, after a week, the cans were overflowing. Better planning on the garbage should be made. Minus that....A+
