Come relax and enjoy your surroundings in our wonderful 4 bedroom private home. The home, located at 13 Silver Moss Circle on a quiet cul-de-sac, is steps from the community pool, on the 13th fairway of the Turtle Point golf course and has incredible fairway, green and lagoon views. We are a 5 minute walk or 2 minute bike ride to Kiawah's world famous 10-mile beach. The spacious house sleeps up to 12 guests. The master suite/bath with a king size bed is located on the first floor. Three additional bedrooms, two with king sized beds, one with a king and twin beds, plus a queen size pull out sofa in the sitting area are located on the second floor. One bedroom has a private bath, the second two bedrooms share a large bath. Additional features include a sunroom, two large decks, 2nd floor sitting room, six flat screen TV's, and high speed wireless internet.

This house is in a lovely neighborhood. The screened-in porch is a great place to relax. Our young grandchildren loved riding their bikes and scooters on the street (which has almost no traffic). Access to the Night Heron pools was a huge benefit for everyone. It has a great lap pool and a large water park for children. There is also a smaller neighborhood pool very close to the house. All of the bedrooms are large and comfortable. The house is clean and well maintained.
We came down for a golf outing and the house was perfect for what we were looking for, would definitely rent again.
We stayed here with our two young boys for a long weekend. It was a perfect location. Easy bike ride to a quiet beach, easy access to the new market, easy access to park, etc. Would definitely go back. Screened in back porch overlooking golf course was very quiet and a peaceful place to sit and enjoy a morning coffee.

The house was a nice fit and very comfortable. The bathrooms definitely need refurbishing. The water didn’t work for the tub in the downstairs master bath, it needs a new paint job and the shower needs to be redone. The owner was very responsive and nice when I reached out to her with questions. We really liked the location.
Great property for us as a group of golfers. One bed down and three up worked fine. Kitchen is a little tight, but we didn't cook anything while staying there. Just golf, sleep, rinse, repeat!
Loved the location! Quick walk to beach. All king beds in the 4 bedrooms. Beautiful view out the back. Very well stocked kitchen. Great vacation with the family!
The house is on the perfect circle—close to the beach and other Kiawah amenities. It’s a large property with an excellent kitchen and comfy rooms. The beds are great and made for excellent sleeping. The screen porch is perfect for coffee and wildlife! Access to the Kiawah amenities and pools made this even better. The house could use a power washing on the outdoor porches. The upstairs porch is unusable it is so dirty and the screen porch could use the same. The upstairs bathrooms are also a bit dated and could use a facelift. Otherwise this property is a perfect spot for a family vacation.

Great floorplan/location. Stayed on this street 2 times before. Kitchen and living areas on first level well updated. Upstairs, not at all. Maintenance has not been performed recently. Bad paint in several spots, old original vanities and tile in baths (lots of cracked floor tile), stained carpet, TP holders almost all broken, doorknob missing on one guest bedroom (inside bedroom), mini blinds in bad condition, ripped comforter in guest bedroom. Highly suggest a thorough inspection and update. Cleaning staff was slow and not 100%, resulting in late check in (after 5). Upside is resort privileges included but otherwise priced higher than other homes that are better maintained and updated.
