Resort Living - Desert Oasis (Large Group)

The location is great if you want to be 2 minutes from ABQ. The unit itself is not accurately portrayed in the pictures. The bedrooms are all separate and do have individual bathrooms connected - they are previous dorm rooms. The place is designed as a College Quad. All the bedrooms have locking doors using a code. This was not convenient for a group of friends. We had a group of 10 and there was only 5 pool towels. The host did have HK deliver 3 more towels. The kitchen is VERY POORLY equipped. MINIMAL dishes, pots, pans, etc. NO: Wine Glasses, No Toaster or Toaster Oven, NO cocktail glasses, Only 1 roll of paper towels, NO BBQ utensils, No Kitchen towels or wash rags, Minimal serving utensils. The host did have a Toaster delivered (The toaster was delivered severely damaged, this we reported to the host immediately when discovered) A family of pigeons have taken up residency on the upstairs balcony, it appeared as if they had been there quite a while, 2 nests and 1 nest had 3 eggs. Bird droppings made the area unusable and the droppings were so excessive they fell through to the downstairs door entry. Bird droppings are toxic, this was very unsanitary. The pool / hot tub were a fantastic feature and as shown in the pictures. Only the actual unit is not accurately shown in the pictures. Multiple crickets and roaches had also taken up residency inside the unit. If you don't want to listen to the crickets chirping all night, please bring ear plugs.

All accommodations needed. Full kitchen with utensils, flatware, eating bar top, full living room, coffee Kuereg. Perfect for up to 5 adults with your own bathroom and walk-in closet. Large LED screens in each room. Quiet location and ample parking. Close to airport and interstate 25.

Darren was extremely accessible and flexible with our group. We appreciated that each room had its own bathroom. The unit was comfy and spacious. The workout facilities were a plus! Great stay and suited our group well!
