Stayed Oct 10, 2025Peaceful setting, close to beach. Plenty of space to spread out and everyone slept well. I’m not sure if I missed in the listing that the room w 4 beds in the basement is for kids only - ceiling is very low.

Reviewer Comments: This was the second year we stayed at The Winds for a family reunion. The living/dining space was wonderful for enjoying meals with our large family.the screened porch gave us a great view of the fishing pier and lake Kai. The toddlers enjoyed all the toys and the basement pl.layroom.

I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had eight adults and seven kids. There was plenty of room for all of us. The best part is the kitchen. There was enough room for all of us to sit down and eat together.

Reviewer Comments: We were looking for a house that could accommodate our large multi-generational family. A friend suggested Beachwalk and with no prior knowledge of the location,accommodations,amenities, etc we booked online and hoped for the best. We were not disappointed. We had a lovely, well cared for home that provided amenities beyond expectations. My only regret is I did not call ahead to inquire what all was available. The Wednesday evening social at the club house was something not to miss. Bingo on Thursday was a big hit. The whole community was family friendly and safe. Looking forward to summer 2025.

The house itself was very accommodating,beautifully decorated, and well-stocked with essential items. The hot tub added to the enjoyment. We want to rent this house again next summer. The BWVR staff was exceptional. They answered all of our questions even before we occupied the property. It was a pleasure to deal with the staff. The common amenities were plentiful, quite available and in working order. Overall, it was a great place for a family vacation.

We had 4 adult children with 4 grandchildren ages 9-5. We rented Breeze, thinking we (the grandparents) would need a place to escape to. We never went over to the Breeze because the master bedroom in Summer Wind is huge and its own Oasis. The basement was PERFECT for the grand kids. They had their own place to hangout & play. Our 4 night stay was perfect for reconnecting, playing games and eating. The kitchen is amazing!! Restaurant style appliances and plenty of dishes. A MUST stay for families. We highly recommend this place
