The Space:

Designed for extended families and group getaways, Casa Queenie offers space to gather together or spread out. The grand main residenceis set within 2.5 acres of established, park-like gardens with Japanese maples, flat child-friendly lawns, a play structure, outdoor sitting areas, and a private backyard that is not fully fenced.



Three living areas create flexibility throughout the day, while large windows and skylights fill the interiors with natural light. Formal and informal living zones open to expansive terraces, and the home has a formal dining room for shared meals.



The main house includes a deluxe Miele kitchen with a full butler's pantry, equipped for group cooking. Kitchen highlights include:

- Refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, coffee maker, cookware, dishes and silverware

- Wi-Fi and a dedicated workspace

- Free in-unit washer and dryer

- Central air conditioning and heating



For year-round comfort, the home also has a wood-burning indoor fireplace, warm-tech underfloor heating, extra pillows and blankets, and room-darkening shades.



Sleeping arrangements:

- Bedroom 1: king bed and private ensuite

- Bedroom 2: queen bed

- Bedroom 3: queen bed

- Bedroom 4: queen bed

- Bedroom 5: king bed, lounge, TV and WC

- Guest house: king bed, bathroom, kitchen and laundry



There are four bathrooms across the estate. Families travelling with little ones will also find a travel crib, standalone high chair, and children's dinnerware.



Guest Access:

You will have exclusive use of the entire property: the main residence, self-contained guest house, private saltwater lap pool, patios, and gardens. The home has a private entrance, free parking on the premises, and free street parking.



The private outdoor pool is available year-round and open 24 hours a day.

Picketts Valley is a small, peaceful semi‑rural suburb in the Central Coast region of New South Wales, located just a short drive from Terrigal and Avoca Beach. It has a quiet, country‑like feel with lots of greenery, open spaces, and a close‑knit community, making it ideal for those who enjoy a tranquil lifestyle while still being close to coastal amenities and beaches.



The area features larger blocks of land and a scenic landscape that blends gentle hills and natural vegetation, providing a countryside atmosphere that feels a world away from busier urban centres. Its proximity to outdoor attractions like bushland reserves, walking trails and nearby coastlines gives residents easy access to both rural and beachside experiences.



Despite its peaceful setting, Picketts Valley is not far from essential services, shopping and dining options in neighbouring suburbs like Terrigal and Erina. This balance of calm, scenic living with convenient access to local hubs makes it attractive for families and those seeking a quieter pace close to the coast.



Other Things to Note:

Coast Hosting is a professional hosting company. Before arrival, guests must complete a secure online guest check-in form and provide a digital copy of ID.



A refundable security bond of $2,000 is required for the duration of the stay to cover potential damages. Provided there are no issues, it will be released within seven days after departure. Card details are also required through the secure form; they are encrypted and processed through Stripe in accordance with strict privacy laws, are not shared with third parties, and are not retained beyond what is necessary to process the required payment or authorisation.
