Resort condo with A/C & near golf & beach - snowbird-friendly

Beautiful, updated house in OIB on canal. Too cold for beach this stay, but easy walking distance to putt putt, park, pier and the few island restaurants. House was a great layout, plenty of open space, nice decor and fireplace was a hit. Could’ve used a few throw blankets in the family room. All else was ABSOLUTLEY perfect.

Loved the house. Very clean and layout was perfect for our family. Loved the boat dock for fishing and crabbing. Would stay here again!

Multiple bathrooms and lots of space worked well with adults and teenagers

Location was great. Kiddos loved the pool. Condo is very spacious. Love the patios. Had everything we needed. Very clean. Cozy and quiet.

We really enjoyed our stay. Very close to everything but still very quiet and peaceful. No problems. We would stay again.

Close to Oyster Bay Golf sitting on the links at Sea Trail. Close to shopping and entertainment for the family. Would highly recommend this property.

1.) We were forced to wait to take possession of the property. Check in is 4:00pm. Cleaning crew wasn't done. The stopped at 4:25. We had to wait in staggering heat and humidity after our 6.5hr trip instead of relaxing in the A/c of our property. A three year old belonging to one of the cleaners was running around unsupervised. The next morning while unpacking we discovered crumbs and wrappers in one of the dressers. While retrieving my phone from under the sofa, we discovered more old food and wrappers from under the sofa and love seat. The screened in porches had never been cleaned and vacuumed. In the Jack and Jill main floor bathroom door we found an old dried up urine stain. Where the main door is was stacked 3 large bags of dirty laundry from the cleaning service. These could have been left downstairs next to the trash cans. Per VACASA we were supposed to have been given a free pool pass to the community pool. The rental manager refused and told us to pay for it or you don't get it. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. AND PROPERTY MANAGER.

This house was amazing! We loved the cleanliness and aesthetics. It had everything we needed and was beautiful in a great location!

We had a great stay and would highly recommend. We really appreciated how well appointed the house was, the dock, and having 2 main bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms.

Brought a bunch of guys from our golf league down for a NC/SC Myrtle golf trip in the fall of 2024. The Caddy Corner fit the bill. Four bedrooms with four full baths was a good fit for our trip. The place looks/feels larger than the photos. The TV had shows and streaming. The patios were nice. Full kitchen microwave and fridge, etc. The AC kept the place cool. It is an end unit which was neat too. Five star review and have to search for something to knock but if being picky the water pressure could be better and the beds could be a touch softer. Wasn't a lot of cars around us but maybe during busy times parking could be an issue. First time using vacasa and the check in and process was a breeze.

We loved staying in this home. It was laid out great for young children. There were two pack-n-plays available and a baby gate (very helpful). The quality of items in the home was also top notch. One suggestion we had for the owner was that the concrete downstairs (at the bottom of the steps, in the garage & close by the pool) was EXTREMELY slippery. We had to block it with a table to keep our children from falling because they fell immediately. It was even dangerous for children - it just needs the grit added to it so that it's not slippery. Again, this did not change our experience, we just had to adjust. But I hope it keeps others from falling as well if they are prepared for it.

Clean, convenient,quiet,near everything

My family of 8 had more than enough room for all of us. The location is great to the beach, shops and restaurants. My grandchildren loved going to the pool!

Such a gem of a place! The Caddy corner was just as advertised. Booking was very easy. The four bedrooms each with their own bathrooms provided ample space for all of us. Place was clean upon arrival. Fire stick tv in living room was nice and easy to use. The outdoor space also great! Condo is in a great location and just a short drive to the beach. The towns of Calabash and Ocean Isle are in very close proximity too. We look forward to staying again at the Caddy Corner! Thanks for a great stay!

Beautiful home! We loved the big windows overlooking the canal. Pool was awesome after our morning walks. The decor was nice and the home is very spacious. We will definitely stay here again!

We had an amazing week at this property! The house was clean and well stocked. Amazing views of the canal from the HUGE windows or from the two stories of balconies! The pool was a perfect way to spend our time off the beach to cool down and have fun with the kids! The ramp and dock were nice and perfect for fishing in the canal! We can’t say enough good things about this place! Our kids are already begging us to “book this house forever for our family vacations”

Best vacation house we’ve ever rented! There were 9 of us and we all had a great time. House layout, decor, kitchen, outdoor area, dock… everything was perfect!

Great location for a quiet getaway. Close enough to everything. The activity center was closed due to renovations when we were there. (Didn't know that until after we booked) Very spacious.

10-minute walk (or two-minute drive) to the beach with direct public access (and convenient parking) at the end of the road. Pool was small/medium size, but we had 7-8 people in it with no concern. The town is very nice - recommend doing the market at the town park on Tuesdays. House is very comfortable, modern, and stylish. Kitchen was well-stocked with pots, pans, bowls - but, didn't have any spices. Overall, one of the best vacation rentals we've ever rented. Would definitely stay here again.
