Stayed Nov 1, 2021We enjoyed our stay at the Casita at the Boulders. The location was great and our doggies really enjoyed the enclosed courtyard. A word of caution to those traveling with doggies - watch out for the Teddybear Chollas - they can attach themselves pretty easily. The property itself is older but well maintained. The master bathroom has been updated and the shower was very nice. My husband was happy that there was a desk in the master bedroom since he was working a bit most days. The Boulders is an older property overall, but it is also well maintained. I do wish that there had been more walking/biking paths within the community - we always had to walk on the roads. The location was close to restaurants in Carefree/Cave Creek, mountain biking at the Pima Dynamite Trailhead, hiking at Pinnacle Peak and Tom Thumb as well as numerous golf courses.

Stayed Jun 21, 2020The home was a lovely and a very comfortable choice and the location was fabulous as it offered many ammenties in a close proximity and met all of our needs. The owners of the property were terrific, very kind and most helpful in a prompt manner when we experienced internet service challenges. They were wonderful in their attempts to find solutions to the unexpected issue and very attentive to us as their visitors in any way needed. I strongly recommend this property to anyone and again the owners were kind, attentive, thoughful and our stay was enjoyable. The golf course setting was beautiful and the boulders surrounding the area made the location and the sunsets wonderful to preview. Stayed Oct 30, 2019Wonderful casita with a lot of room and beautiful setting. Very central to lots to do in Cave Creek, Carefree and Scottsdale and great quiet neighborhood to walk or just enjoy sitting outside. Owner very gracious and accessible.
