Rest, Relax, Rejuvenate!

We traveled for my husband’s daughter’s high school graduation, (7 adults) and could not have been any happier with our accommodations. We requested an early check-in and the host was gracious enough to accommodate us with it , as well as a last minute late check out due to flight delays , The Home was so well equipped, beautifully decorated, and immaculate. The exterior grounds, were absolutely gorgeous.No matter where you looked, there were just beautiful little touches that made this Home so unique, and relaxing. The hosts are incredibly attentive, and we’re so extremely helpful with any of our questions! I am a chef, and I was very impressed with how well equipped the kitchen was,! They also had an impressive stock of spices, olive oil, and items that you normally would not find in a rental property. We made sure to leave items as well for the next guest to enjoy and appreciate! Because it was a high school graduation, we were really able to enjoy being with the kids and enjoying the pool and celebrating together .The neighborhood is absolutely beautiful, and the neighbors we’re all wonderful.I would highly highly recommend this home to families traveling to this area.We have been using VRBO for over 20 years, and this has got to be one of the best rental properties we have had the pleasure of staying in.I seriously am looking forward to visiting this property again!! This is a great property with four well appointed bedrooms, three baths and large common rooms. The backyard is private with large pool and spa. We barbecued one night and cooked in all weekend. Loved the kitchen with all the staple supplies we needed.

We had an amazing stay! The house was spacious, clean, and perfect for our needs. The large yard and the nice pool added to the relaxing atmosphere. Plus, its location right next to the baseball field made it ideal for our weekend of baseball. Everything exceeded our expectations, and we experienced no challenges during our stay. I had a great stay. The house was very clean and set up perfectly and was in a quiet neighborhood. We will rent again.

We loved the house. It was extremely clean, well stocked kitchen and responsive host. We came on winter so were only able to enjoy the Hot Tub but hope to return during the summer to swim in the pool. Great take off spot for day trips to Shasta Caverns, Burney Falls and many other places. Highly recommend you book this fantastic home.

We couldn't have asked for anything more with this beautiful home. Every need was anticipated and thoughtfully placed. The host was very kind and provided a smooth process. Will stay again.

Well appointed, nice decor, convenient, nice yard, pool and spa. Host was very responsive and the information was accurate.

The owner of this property has restrictions that are very excessive that were not disclosed until it was time to check-in. She would not cancel my reservation or refund my money because it was outside the cancellation window. The temperature in Shasta is unbearably hot averaging 90s and 100s in the summer. The pool/hot tub and air conditioning are the most important features to selecting a place to stay when it is so hot. 1. You cannot touch the thermostat to adjust the temperature or it will freeze and thaw for 8 hours. My son has asthma and Shasta is extremely hot in the summer. 2. You cannot wear sunscreen in the hotub/pool and you have to launder your bathing suit in their washing machine without detergent before you enter it. Furthermore, they want you to put chemicals in their hot-tub/pool each day. If their hotub/pool becomes cloudy you owe them $200. This house is priced above market so this is not at all what I was expecting.

2 year old birthday, had to leave early, lovely place. Will book again for the next trip to see my grandbaby. Could use a heater in the pool though.

This was a beautiful property often the pictures are very staged and do not represent the property, but everything was exactly as it appeared in the photos. The neighborhood was quiet and welcoming. Location was perfect, close to amenities but not in the middle of a busy area. The house was very clean, Beds were comfortable, loved the ceiling fans in summer. The outside living space was so welcoming, we made the best memories here and have all decided to come back next summer.
