Rental House located TWO minutes walking distance to Ellicottville town!

Annual tr(Ale) Cru weekend (centered around a day hike, then a brewery) with 11 family members, ages 22-63. “Looney Rooms” was the best rental we have used. Plenty of space, in town but with a nice buffer to neighbors, and a really cool decor. Will definitely be back.

This was the most incredible place I have ever stayed in. I rented it for a bachelor party, WOW was this place awesome! We were looking for a fun place and dam did we get it! It was so unique and cool, every hour you cloud hear someone saying “what the heck is this??” You’d have to stay here for a week just to see everything in it! Owners were great with check in. We had the time of our lives! 2 blocks away from the bars. Great outdoor area! I would rate this a 10.5 out of 10, that’s how awesome it is. Thanks so much for making our party so memorable!

We absolutely loved the Looney Rooms! The house was exactly as described (if not better), super clean, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was also perfect. Highly, highly recommend this spot to anyone considering it. Would absolutely stay here again!

The house was amazing and so much fun with all the decorations.

Overall our stay was very nice. The loft was very hot the first night there and I didn’t think we were going to be able to use it, but we bought a fan and opened the window and eventually it cooled down enough that we were able to use that space. Some areas were a little dusty

A truly unique property. Lots of space and had everything you need for a large group to stay. We ranged from 19 years old to 70 years old. Every age range was conformable with what the home offered. It it the most off the wall decorated home i have ever stayed at and we just loved it. It is a short walk to town, and only about 2 minute drive to the ski slopes. I can say for sure we will be back in the future.

The house is fun, the property manager is excellent, and the location is unbeatable.

Looney Rooms is amazing !! We went for a girls weekend and it’s by far the best place we’ve ever stayed ! We saw something new every time we turned around . Very spacious . Wish we could have stayed longer ! Thinking about going back with our husbands !

Super fun and quirky! It had everything we needed and would love to return. Comfy beds. Loved the outdoor seating!
