Host was so kind, and has set up this vacation rental thinking of everything that you may need. The home is spotless, the location close to the Fillmore, and easy to get anywhere in Charlotte. We loved our stay, and will return in the future when passing through the area. We loved the little coffee bar set up.

The kitchen was well equipped, the beds were very comfortable & the Fire pit was an extra bonus. Enjoyed the stay. Only suggestion is to have a covering for the slide door; not everyone like open view in the house.

This house is in the perfect location in charlotte close to everything. The house was fully stocked with everything you need for your stay! Everything was clean and perfect when we arrived! We enjoyed our stay and will be back when we return to charlotte next year! I recommend highly!

We had a restful and relaxing time in this lovely house. It was exactly as described in the listing and was such a welcome reprieve for us after a long exhausting day of driving! It was raining while we were there, otherwise we would have also enjoyed the adorable fire pit and seating area in the backyard. Comfortable beds, tasteful decor and equipped with everything we needed, we would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a comfortable vacation rental. The host was so kind and helpful, thank you for allowing my family to stay in your house!

Fabulous stay, the house is well equipped and laid out well. We loved the coffee bar set up. The host was very responsive and kind. The house is in a great little neighborhood, we felt very safe staying here on our girls trip. We would absolutely recommend staying here again.

The property was very neat and clean and the area was close to downtown but far enough away to avoid all the hustle and bustle. Great neighborhood and overall a great place to stay. The house was perfect for the four adults in our group. Location made it easy to go into the downtown area as well as the track in Concord. We highly recommend this home.

We booked this house for multiple family members to get together for a college graduation. The property was perfect with enough space for everyone. We utilized the fire pit in the backyard on our final night. Very quaint & quirt neighborhood.

We came to Charlotte for a wedding. The location was perfect, 10 min from uptown, 20 from the airport. The house is very clean and comfortable with enough room for our family of four and pup. Everything you need is there. Communication was excellent!

Natalie communicated well with us before, during and after our stay.We especially enjoyed the firepit in the backyard and the convenience of having a fenced in yard for our fur baby.We would definitely stay at Natalie’s if we are in Charlotte again.

We had a fantastic time at this house! It was in a great location—tucked in a quiet neighborhood but still just a quick and easy Uber ride to local breweries, restaurants, and activities.The house itself was clean, spacious, and perfect for our group of six adults and a few dogs. There was plenty of room for everyone to spread out, and it had everything we needed to feel at home. The kitchen was well-stocked with all the essentials, which made it easy to whip up breakfast before heading out for the day.The property was very dog-friendly, and our pups loved having space to relax too. It was clear that the hosts put thought into making the home comfortable for both people and pets.We’d definitely recommend this house to anyone looking for a relaxing stay in a convenient location. It’s a great spot for groups and especially those traveling with furry friends!

Had to leave Asheville due to Hurricane Helene and booked this last minute while driving into Charlotte. Owner was so responsive and wonderful to deal with. She let us check in early, as soon as the cleaners were done. She gave wonderful recommendation for dining. House was so clean and fenced yard for our kids and dogs. House also had some games which kids loved. Location was great. Would definitely book Shay if in Charlotte.

If anything the pictures don't do it justice! We stayed for 2 nights and wanted to stay longer. I walked my dog around the neighborhood and the neighbors were nice. We found a tennis ball to throw with him in the backyard. House and yard were immaculate, amenities were thoughtfully available and well organized in an intuitive manner. Place is in easy walking distance to the music factory. It's also very easy to get to most places in the local area, whether you enjoy night life, arts, museums, or sports. I had even made a mistake booking the dates I didn't discover until the day before our trip. Communication with the property manager was easy and fast, the issue was solved quickly and with very little stress (for the manager as well, we hope). Stay here, you will enjoy it!
