Renovated with great lake views & swim dock!

We had a wonderful time at this amazing home. The host did a fantastic job communicating with us and the place was beautiful. We will stay there again, for sure.

Everything was wonderful. Great house and great location…property lived up to the expectations we had from the pictures…really enjoyed morning coffee on the dock and watching the sunset over the lake. The house was very well decorated, clean and fully stocked.We are a family of 5 and were very appreciative that during our 4 nights/5 days stay we never ran out of any of the essential amenities, trash bags, paper towels, toilet paper, towels, etc…Definitely a property we would consider revisiting when we’re back in Hot Springs.

It was clean, comfortable and had good accommodations. Several spaces for folks to gather. We would definitely stay again.

We loved everything about this house. The location was great for bath hour row and Oaklawn. The kayaks area nice touch and the whole family enjoyed them!

If I could give it a higher rating I would! I don’t know where to start. The location and privacy were perfect. The kitchen was FULLY stocked! I mean anything you need they had it. The games and arcade game work and in great condition but the best spot was the convered patio on the dock with TV where we spent alot of time. We had unseasonable high temps when we were there so got the kayaks out and did some fishing. Excellent hosts responded quickly when I had a question. No doubt this is a very well taken care of home. I wouldn’t second guess staying anywhere else if you’re in the area. The driveway is steep as they say and they aren’t kidding! They views are fantastic is multiple areas for the house, comfy beds and lots of space to spread out if you have a lot of people.

The host was so welcoming and this house was absolutely stunning! They had everything we needed for a great weekend.

BEST VRBO EVER! The inside was gorgeous and spacious! Our teen boys LOVED the game room and pool table area. The view from the house and deck were gorgeous as were the sunsets. The kayaks on site were an added bonus. The house had more than enough towels etc and the kitchen was the best stocked kitchen we have ever had! Owner was VERY responsive and helpful. This was our fav VRBO.

We had the best week at the lake house! The location on the lake was great and we were so close to all the restaurants & family activities in Hot Springs. The house was stocked so well. There were 9 of us and we had more than enough room to spread out and not be on top of each other.

This place was wonderful. We will definitely be back if we ever go back to Hot Springs.

The positives of this amazing home are too many to list. This lakeside property is in such a convenient location. Close to dining and retail and to downtown Hot Springs, AR, which is delightful. The home was clean and ready for us with comfortable beds and lots of towels, The lakeside gazebo/entertainment rea was a big hit as we watched the NBA Finals, The Stanley Cup Final, The College WS and F1. The technology in the home is perfect with great wi-fi and smart TVs. Having two separate family rooms was a plus allowing us to watch separate things upstairs and down and the refrigerator downstairs was great to keep our beverages cold and easily accessible. We had our own boat and launched at the nearby Hot Springs Marina which was so convenient. Recommend Sam's Pizza on the lake, Bubba's Brews and Fisherman's Wharf. When we return to Lake Hamilton, this will be the place. Great communication with the owners as well.

We took a family trip to the lake house with our grandchild who range in ages 5 - 14 years. It is difficult to find a place that will appeal to all of their age groups and accommodate all of them comfortably, but your lake house satisfied all of the children and adults too! Everyone had a great time. The boys loved hanging out on the covered patio watching YouTube, fishing off of the deck, and swimming. The girls appreciated the large down stairs bedroom, and its large shower. All of the kids loved the game room, and kayaks. We have stayed in many vacation rentals and your lake house is by far the best. It’s accurately described online. The house was clean, and well stocked with everything a family could possibly need. Plenty of bath towels, wash cloths, hand towels, and extra bedding were in closets. All beds were super comfortable. Our crew also enjoyed the ability to spread out (10 of us) when any one needed time alone. There was ample room to do so both indoors and outdoors. The hosts were quick to respond to any questions I had, and have given an accurate description of their lovely home. We will be returning in the future.

The property was clean, cute, comfortable, and had all of the amenities you could need. It is tucked away between trees and bamboo that makes it feel very private and secluded. The outdoor spaces were very nice for relaxing. The house is a short drive to downtown, the bath houses, hot springs national park, and many restaurants. We would definitely stay here again.

The Property was in great condition. A few minor issues, due to other tenants who can damage vacation rental. Well equipped and wonderfully decorated. The owners are good communicators. Only shock was driving down that Driveway the first time or two. It’s kind of scary the first few times and we didn’t realize we’d be coming in the downstairs and walking up and down the stairs so often. Of course, this is often the case on the lake and not many things that we couldn’t find in this fabulous rental. The upstairs, downstairs, and outdoor living space will make it a favorite for many. May have to come back again soon.

This property is beautifully maintained and the location on the lake makes for a perfect relaxing experience. Our family enjoyed playing games indoors when it rained, then headed outside to enjoy the many patios and decks. There was something for everyone to do. The owners thought of everything. There were blankets by the couches, various games in the game room, and lots of seating to sit and visit. Being dog friendly was a bonus for us as we love to travel with our little dogs. The owners were very prompt to respond to any questions we had. We would definitely book this house again when we are in the area. It is close to everything but feels like you are in your own little oasis.

We enjoyed our mini vacation at the lake and will be coming back. Quiet, private, peaceful!

This house had plenty of space, was very clean, and had a great variety of activities. Location on the lake is beautiful. Would definitely stay here again.

The floor plan was good. The basement was fun. We hung out there a lot playing pool, darts and the arcade game. We would rent this place again.

We recently spent 3 days at this property and absolutely loved it! The house is lovely. The beds are comfy and we had everything we needed. The kids enjoyed the game room and kayaking on the lake. My husband and I appreciated the sunset views and quiet property. We hope to visit again and would definitely book this house.

Our group of four couples had a perfect stay! Quiet location, with a nice view of lake, and the home is just as gorgeous as the photos show. There was more than enough space for all eight of us & the game room was a plus since the temps were pretty cool outside. The owners provided excellent directions & communication was so easy. The house and property are just amazing with a beautiful view of Lake Hamilton. We spent a lot of time in the game room which was roomy and comfortable. Everything we would need is provided which made the trip stress free and comfortable. I have never stayed anywhere that was as well stocked. The owners have thought of everything to make any stay wonderful! We will be back!

The home & property is absolutely beautiful. It was perfect for our family of 7 adults & 2 little ones. The home was well stocked with necessities. The view especially at sunset was awesome. The only cons I can think of is there’s no gate at the top of the stairs for little ones. But the owner is in the process of getting one. Also the WiFi was slow at times but it could’ve been from the rainy weather. We would definitely book again!!!

This place was so beautiful! We came in December and the lake was so peaceful and calm. The house more than met our expectations! They thought of everything and it was cozy and comfortable. I highly recommend this house

We stayed in this beautiful lakefront home for Thanksgiving with 3 generations of family. This property offered something for everyone including fishing, billiards, arcade game, board games, movies, grilling, and of course plenty of comfortable places to relax!

There were 8 of us including 4 adults and 4 children.s This house had room to spare. It is a delightful lake home with obvious care and attention galore. Appears to have been only recently upgraded. If you like lake property, then this is your house. Perfect location just off Central Ave. Private. Every convenience. We plan to go back in the summer though the kids still jumped in the lake once! Hats off to Scott and Deanna for their taste and great design.

The remodeled home is excellent. It is down a steep hill on the lot which adds a great feeling of privacy. Sunsets are perfect from the swim platform. We had a our dogs and one huge PSA, that the owners would have no control over, there are cats everywhere 24 hrs a day. That made having dogs with us difficult.

We enjoyed our stay here. The house was clean and spacious. The outdoor seating areas outside the house and at the lake side were wonderful. We usually enjoy more seclusion than this house offered. However, it was quiet for the most part.

This property looks just like the photos! Beautifully decorated home that comes fully stocked. We especially loved the outdoor entertainment space. We would definitely stay here again.

Absolutely beautiful home and location...so peaceful on the water yet so close to restaurants and all sights. Outdoor pavilion was a big plus and where we stayed a lot! We didn't have children with us, but plenty room and TV's for everyone to spread out. Would love to stay here again!

We met our college student halfway to celebrate her 21st birthday. I’m always on the lookout for a “home” to house her in away from college when it isn’t feasible for her to make the long drive home. This was the perfect place!
