We renovated the pool in December 2024 PRIVATE HEATED POOL, 7ft WATERSLIDE AND HOTTUB (pool maintenance on call)with Covered outdoor living area for shade) Also, put new vinyl plank in this December. This 3 bedroom 2 bath 2000 sq. foot home has everything you will need to enjoy your stay on the 10th hole of Painted Mountain Golf course. The GAME ROOM has a foosball table, the original tabletop video game of Ms. PacMan (and most of the games from that era have been added also, like Donkey Kong

Stayed Jun 4, 2026First for the positive. We enjoyed the pool and gameroom and the location is great as we used to live in the area. The home is a bit dated but OK.For the negative:The flooring in most areas had crumbs, dirt, and hair as well as in one of the beds we found hair and dirt. We had to rewash the plates before use ad most were dirty and the kitchen sponge looked very old and dirty. We could not find replacement sponges. The backyard needed some cleaning up and some of the pool toys were broken. A bin to keep the pool toys and floats in would help with keeping up the quality of these items l. We could not find a working pool net with a pole long enough to net or broom the bottom of the pool. All in all the stay was fine but perhaps a new cleaning crew is needed.

Stayed Mar 21, 2026Great home and host. The heated pool and spa was great. The pool toys could be improved, but overall we had a great time. It was close to all the activities we wanted to do: hike at Superstition Mountain, ASU baseball game and Spring Training games.

Stayed Jan 14, 2026This was a perfect place to stay! We had teen girls with us, and there was plenty of room for everyone, everything you could possibly need in the kitchen, extra blankets were easy to find, the game room was a huge hit, and the pool and all of the accessories were perfect. Communication was fantastic. We would definitely stay here again next time we visit Phoenix.

Stayed Apr 7, 2025Wonderful house for a family with an awesome pool and spa. Great location close to several golf courses and fantastic hiking. Communication with the owner was the best we’ve ever experienced. This is the second time that we’ve stayed there.

Stayed Nov 23, 2024My husband and I stayed with our 5 year old son for a week long vacation. We had never been to AZ before but this house proved to be a good location to everything we wanted to do. Many nearby hikes and easy to get to Phoenix. The house held us well and my son and husband loved the game room. I rented this particular house because of the pool/hot tub knowing my son would love the slide and heated pool. Unfortunately when we got there at 4:30pm the day of check in the pool maintenance was there and the pool was green. I contacted the owner and she said the previous renters left the heat on for a week in the pool and the guy would get it fixed. While I understand that is out of her control being states away, I think it should be a lesson learned to have your pool maintenance people there BEFORE check in and if there is a problem, to let your renters know before they walk in the door to a green pool. This was disappointing so I checked in with her everyday after that letting her know the pool was still green even though the pool maintenance had dumped gallons of chemicals in. I just kept hearing that it was the previous people’s fault and was even offered to move to a different house if I wasn’t happy by day 3. We checked in on Saturday and finally by Wednesday afternoon the pool was clear. We were refunded for the pool charges but still disappointing and I can’t leave 5 stars as I wouldn’t have chosen this house had I known we wouldn’t be able to use the pool for 1/2 the stay

Stayed Oct 3, 2024We enjoyed our stay. The pool wasn’t clean but the pool guy had an emergency. The owner had him come back later and clean the pool. Everything else was great. The hair dryer was missing and a hair straightener. The owner thought we took it but I informed her that it was never there.
