Off-Season Disclaimer: It is typical that spring cleanings and updates do not take place until late April / early May. If your booking falls outside of Memorial Day to Labor Day, please inquire as to whether or not outdoor furniture and equipment will be available for use prior to booking.
Payment/Refund Policy: All payments are non-refundable, however, should the guest elect to cancel its reservation, Marquis will use best efforts to work with the owner of the property to reopen the dates of the reservation in attempt to re-book the property (please note the decision to reopen dates is the owners). Should Marquis be successful in re-booking the property for the original dates at the same or higher price than the original reservation, a refund will be issued to the guest once payment is collected in full for the new reservation. If a new reservation is not made, the guest may use the property for the dates of its original reservation so long as payments have been made in accordance with the payment schedule established at the time of booking and Marquis is notified in writing 72 hours or more prior to the start of the reservation.

My family and I had another wonderful stay at the Beach and Bay Bungalows. This was our 2nd time staying there and I honestly do not think it could ever get old. We had bungalow 7 which is right on the bay and it was simply beautiful. The ocean is a short walk across the street and the private beach is so nice. The cute town of West Hampton is 5 minutes away and it has everything you need. It was a great stay and I hope to be back very soon.
This place was amazing. Bungalow 7 is right on the water with a big deck and a perfect view of the bay. It fit 5 adults very nicely. The fridge is small but the provided Yeti cooler made up for it, we were able to have a whole weekends worth of meals at the bungalow. All cooking tools and utensils are provided, including stuff for the grill outside. The private beach is just across Dune Road, another great perk of staying here. The staff was very helpful with any questions I had ahead of and during the stay. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.
I had the absolute best time at Bungalow 7. It has a gorgeous view of Moriches Bay, including the brilliant sunset every night! The bungalow has one king and one bunk bed (which also has a trundle underneath) as well as a pull-out couch which comfortably fit me and my 5 companions. It's a small intimate space, with a very large deck and barbecue that we happily used every night. For a place to get away during pandemic madness, we were afforded lots of privacy and quiet. StayMarquis was quick to reply about any questions I had concerning the bungalow and were very generous. I can't wait to return!
The bungalow was great!The location is perfect, the accommodations are everything that you need for a simple getaway. It was supplied with more than I expected, the management group was fantastic with communication. I would highly recommend this location for it’s charm, comfort and fantastic pricing.
We celebrated our 11 year wedding anniversary with our 6 month old. The bungalow was incredibly sweet. We were welcomed with complimentary drinks and snacks at the bungalow. The bungalow has a huge deck that is right on the water, which makes it pretty magical! There were gorgeous views of the water, stars at night, and the ocean across the street. Westhampton beach is a cute community and you are in equal distance to travel to North Fork vineyards or Montauk area. Our only complaint is that the second bedroom geared towards children (bunk beds) did not have a separate heating unit and is more appropriate for warmer weather. We had to keep the second bedroom door open to have enough heat for that room. A separate space heater could fix this easily. On season - there would be no complaints! We would gladly stay again!
Lovely deck with beautiful views and very easy access to the bay. Beach is only a couple minute walk away. The bungalow is super basic, but has everything you need in a small space. Great bed and mattress, shower with good water pressure and even an outside shower! Lots of nice conveniences such as a beach umbrella and towels, music speaker and plenty of towels.
