Renovated Waterfront 4Bd/2Bth Home w/Pool&Spa 20Min to Disney/Shops/Universal

Had a week stay at this house. House only had one toilet paper roll stocked in bathrooms. No dish soap either even though dishes were required to be done before check out. Pipe broke the day of check in so check in was late and the cleaners left laundry and dishes for us to take care of. Only 1 extra garbage bag was left and all garbage was required to be removed as well. Could really do better at stocking items for guest whose stay is short term.

I loved the house. Big and comfortable. Had trouble with front door. Host was helpful and polite. Kids loved the hot tub and pool. Didn’t use the game room much. The only reason it didn’t get a 5 is because of the nearness of the other houses. We weren’t there much so it worked ok. I would rent again if going to Disney.

Our family of 4 just spent a week at this property for April vacation. It was a very convenient location and an easy commute to all of the Disney parks and other attractions. Neighborhood was very quiet. Lots of restaurants around but has a fully stocked kitchen to cook at the house as well. The property was very clean and check in was straight forward. The kids loved the themed bedrooms! Pool/hot tub was relaxing after a long, busy day and beautiful at night overlooking the pond. We absolutely loved our time here and would definitely stay again if we are back in the area!

A large house with a lovely warm pool overlooking a lake with wildlife. In a residential area off a main road but convenient for services, restaurants and the parks.

The home is beautiful and clean with up to date appliances. The owner was quick to respond to my inquiries. Even the neighbors were friendly and helpful. This is a lovely home in a wonderful neighborhood and we can’t wait to come back again.

Convenient to Disney parks, stores, restaurants, medical if you would need. Good home to stay in away from home. Cozy main bedroom, and family table, great pool area, well worth the price. Great people to deal with.

Close to all the parks we went to and was just as advertised. Price was right for what we needed we were 100% satisfied. Host is a great guy and had great communication would stay again for sure

Great location! House was clean and pool / hot tub were amazing. If you are planning on traveling with children, this is the absolute perfect house. It is stocked with amenities for kids of all ages. The host was quick to respond when I had a question. We visited both Universal Studios and Disney and the drive was perfect. Highly recommend.

Bill is a great host. We have stayed in both of his properties. Both houses are very clean and nice. Looking forward to staying again next year!!

The whole house was great, we loved the pool, and the Pac-Man game. The hose was great, any questions we had he answered right away.

After a long day of traveling we came to an uncleaned house. Sheets were all used from previous guests, and rolled up into a ball along with towels. Our children were exhausted and couldn’t go to bed until cleaners came which was 9 pm with extra sheets to change beds and clean bathrooms. Called property manager and he was effective with communicating with us and apologized for the cleaners. Said this never happened before, they never miss a cleaning it was a mistake on their end. The cleaners said they would finish cleaning tomorrow as it was still dirty, because it was so late, and the next day they didn’t come. The cleaning lady didn’t return until the 3rd day. Finally cleaned home on day 3. We still had to buy toilet paper and clean the house ourselves and work around the mess. Manager did offer a different house but said it wasn’t as nice so we didn’t want to leave after kids were already settled. He did advise us that he would give us the cleaning fee back, and we are still waiting for that reimbursement.

Communication with the host was so poor that we had a stressful time when we wanted a relaxed holiday. A smoke detector bleeping all day and night for four days because the battery had run down. This made one bedroom unusable and the bleeping still disturbing for the bedroom next door. The children had to sleep in the parents bed so none of them had a decent nights sleep. I did not have the access code for the villa door until three hours before I arrived at the villa. This was too stressful, if I had been unable to retrieve this code on my phone for some reason we would have been stuck with no accommodation, very tired with two children we had been travelling for twelve hours.The villa was beautiful and would have been very comfortable if the smoke detectors were electrically powered instead of old fashioned battery powered ones that were out of reach, so we could not fix them ourselves.I will never book anything through Vrbo again. Willam I would find yourself a different letting agent if I was you.I ask you for half of the rent paid to be refunded. This would be the decent thing to do.

The property was as advertised - very clean and well organized. The house includes everything you need to enjoy your stay and the pool was great to use after being at the parks all day! Bonus - the neighborhood is very quiet & very chill. Bill was very easy to work with and very fast to answer messages. We will definitely stay here in the future.

The property was beautiful and clean! It was just as described and very close to shopping, food, and attractions. The property manager was very nice and easy to talk to! Highly recommend!

House was amazing, house had everything that we needed. The kids loved the pool, husband loved fishing the lake. House is close to everything in orlando snd bot too fsr away from several beaches. Bill was always very responsive. Overall, it was an amazing vacation!

We spent 6 nights at this property and had a great stay. It was 20 minutes from the WDW parks which was very convenient for us. We had a group of 6 including a toddler and there was something for everyone to do at this place. We appreciated the pool, the ability to have lots of room so we weren't stepping on each other, the amenities, the quiet area backing onto a beautiful pond. Bill also gave us a late check out as our flight was at 6pm so really appreciated that also! Thank you for a great stay. We would stay here again.

Bill is a fabulous host and the villa is wonderful. It is the most tranquil location overlooking the lake, where you will see jumping fish and turtles! The villa is in a great location and perfect for a family stay. The beds were extremely comfortable (which has not been the case in other villas we have stayed in) and the hot tub was a dream after long park days.We will be booking it again.

Vacationed with our son’s family, included 4 grandchildren. The house was just as pictured, plenty of room for all of us The grandkids enjoyed the pool and game room. Bill responded quickly to any questions. It’s close to the parks, airport, restaurants and shopping. Enjoyed our stay here.

Couldn’t have asked for a more lovely Home. The backyard was an oasis for tired kids and adults after a long day at the parks.

Nice big space for the family. The pool and hot tub are cold, but I is January. The bathtub made up for it. Bring your own toilet paper, dish soap, coffee filters (we left the ones we bought, so maybe not). The game room was an awesome added benefit.

In saying the above the owner did respond to our concerns and has promised to refund us 50 dollars for cleaning products ( unfortunately this has been sent to an unknown card ). He did also get the electricity board out the same day.Once clean! The house itself is in a beautiful position and has some positives, fun pictures on walls and well equipped. Bath / shower time took a while as once we’d had one shower we had to wait for the water to reheat! All I can say is whoever had the house after us was very lucky! As everything had been cleaned and washed from windows to doors and cupboards. As a nurse this was a big Christmas holiday for me and my family! But unfortunately didn’t meet expectations!

This home was perfect for our week getaway. We went to Disney and the drive was between 25-30 minutes with light traffic. My daughter’s favorite feature was the pool for sure! The house was very clean and the location was close to shopping and restaurants.

Great place for the family. Owner was quick to answer questions and try to help. Upon arrival at 4 my rental was not ready but I actually think that was previous renter fault. Great pool! Unfortunately never was heated to comfortably swim tho it was December. Pool sticks do need replaced. One of the fooze ball players is handicapped and arcade is currently broken but a packman game is substituting. Location was some distance from most things(restaurants in particular) . Aside from that it was a AWESOME home. Sauna tub was very comfortable. Home had most things you could need or want. Very clean inside home and fancy washer/dryer combo. Definitely great stay for single family and would recommend. Very minor faults or problems.

We chose this beautiful home based on its tranquility and distance from the theme parks (which we were in FL to visit). Coming home to unwind in the hot tub (or in the walk-in shower) after a long day on your feet was incredibly therapeutic. The hot tub only heats when it's running therefore you're not sitting in hot water when you're already hot and tired from the day. The ultimate recovery was the comfortable mattress in the master bedroom. It made for better sleep than I'm used to which was a wonderful surprise. The kitchen comes with cool mouse-themed waffle and pancake makers which makes the first morning breakfast fun. If you plan to make meals in the kitchen you'll need to supply your own cooking sprays or oils of preference along with any other food prep, seasonings, or cleaning supplies you'll need. Same goes for laundry supplies which are easy to pack when you know ahead of time. Traveling to/from the parks takes about 3-4 minutes per mile from this location. We visited Universal in Nov, during the work week, on a non-holiday so each day averaged about 40-50 min based on interstate and side road traffic due to construction. Less than 10 minutes away is Medieval Times which was absolutely fantastic! Communication with the owner was smooth and responsive. We would stay here again.

We absolutely loved this house! From the beautiful views, the pool & hot tub to the location being so close to Disney and shops! We would absolutely love to stay here again on our next trip to Disney!!

This VRBO was fabulous! The location is perfect! Easy to get to all of the parks in a timely manner. The accommodations were truly immaculate and spacious. It had everything that we needed as a family of five with two adult children and one teenager. The pool, hot tub, games, pool table, and puzzles were awesome additions. The kitchen had everything that we needed. The living room was cozy and a great place for our family to spend the day during the hurricane. We are from the midwest and happened to book our dream vacation for Disney and Universal during the time that Hurricane Milton arrived. The owner was easy to communicate with and very gracious during our trip. We were able to check in earlier than planned due to the hurricane and he allowed us to stay a little later than checkout due to sickness. Both of these gracious actions assisted in us having a quality vacation. Thank you for everything! (Only one note - we could have used some extra dish washing tabs and toilet paper. - We had purchased additional toilet paper because of the hurricane so we were prepared.)

Very nice house, we loved the hot tub and pool! The location was kind of congest and traffic when going on outings. The cleaner forgot to touch up a few things. But overall great stay and great house for the price!
