    Has everything you need for a carefree stay. It’s a little smaller than the picture appears to present, but it’s fine. Nice craftsmanship throughout the apartment. Only suggestion I would make is to ditch the long table and replace it with a bar type counter across the window with bar stools. I think it would open that area up a bit. Great location and easy walking distance to all the sites in the historic district. Count on 10k to 12 steps to and from.

    The room was quite small for what it looked like online. It was cozy for the 2 of us however the bathroom was just way too small. It seemed more like an efficiency apartment. The day we arrived was a beautiful day, there were a lot of screens missing on the windows, so we did not open them and most of the blinds and strings were broke.The coldest night Halloween night and we had NO heat at 54 Degrees freezing. We gathered all the bath/beach towels because there weren't any blankets and placed them on the bed to help keep us warm. Even tho the Owner was quick to try to help out with a repair man and we appreciated that. He ended up having to order a part that would take days. So, we were given 2 mini portable heaters with only 1 heater that worked. It just didn't seem like the get away Birthday I was expecting. We love St. Augustine and always dress up for the events at Halloween. This will not stop us from coming back, maybe just another place.

    Linda was an excellent communicator and very prompt to address a minor issue we had. The location of this unit was an easy walk to everything in historic downtown St Augustine.. Remodeled, very clean and perfect for a couples get away. We would definitely rebook this unit or one of the many other units that she has. 5 Stars.

    Small, charming apartment within walking distance from downtown St. Augustine. Linda was great to work with. Property is clean and has nice decor! The only downside is that we found the seating and bed quite uncomfortable.

    We wanted to explore St. Augustine, particularly the historic district. Linda’s property was the perfect location - just on the edge of the district. It was close to everything, but also the right distance so it was quiet at night. Linda provided restaurant and site suggestions for exploration. She was also readily available for any questions we had.

    This is the second time staying here and again it did not disappoint! We can literally walk everywhere and the space is clean, cozy, and quiet. The only recommendation I have is to put a sign on the garage parking spot that the space is for the above garage unit only. We left once and a large SUV parked there and we had to squeeze in.

    Wonderful place. Walking distance to everything up to the Bridge of Lions. Easy check in and move out. Grill wouldn't light, so we used the range. Other than that, no problems.

    My husband and I stayed for a few nights and this was a perfect place! The location is within walking distance (approx 10 minute walk) to everything in historic downtown. The house (1BR/1BA) was the perfect amount of space for the two of us and had a full kitchen. The house was very clean and looked exactly as pictured and described. Highly recommend!!
