This Beautiful custom-built home was newly renovated in 2023, including all new high end designer furniture, bedding, and kitchenware. A huge great room with vaulted ceiling and lots of big windows making it bright and airy. Relax and unwind enjoying looking out to the park-like yard with mountains in the distance (not neighbors!). With over 1.3 acres, you have plenty of room to park, including a boat or RV and two large grass areas to run and play, surrounded by trees. This peaceful rural setting is perfectly positioned as the gateway to Glacier National Park to enjoy hiking, boat rides, horseback riding, whitewater rafting and more. Just down the road from Meadow Lake Gold Course, and within minutes of Downtown Columbia Falls, Whitefish, and airport.
The spacious kitchen seats 6 at the table but can expand for additional guest. Next to this is an island with 3 stools. Stainless steel appliances, and plenty of quartz counter space to make it roomy to prepare a meal. The large great room is open to the kitchen to enjoy having everyone together! The Master bedroom is separate, and has a king size bed, your own private deck, and a jetted tub in the bathroom providing you comfort and muscle relaxation. There is another bedroom with a queen-size bed, and a bedroom with extra large bunk beds. The oversized laundry room is handy on this level. There is a deck off the kitchen with a large picnic table and BBQ if you prefer to grill and dine outside. No carpet on the main level.
There is an additional large game room/family room on the lower level with a foosball table and shuffleboard for game night. Another bathroom with a walk-in shower and bedroom with a king size bed. Big coat/mud room that is great for storing backpacks, ski gear, etc.….
All bedrooms have blackout blinds, new linens, and mattresses from 2023, and wood-like floors. If visiting with small children, we do have a highchair and a playpen.

    Park-Like Setting was a great desciption of the property! We enjoyed watching our closest neighbors - a deer family!We had excellent communication with our host and found all the accommodations very comfortable. We enjoyed using both of the living areas. I would recommend this property.

    The property was perfect. We were greeted by an array of deer hanging in the yard! The house was well appointed and spotless. The owner was responsive to questions. Highly recommend and would stay here again for sure.

    This property was great. Clean, well kept and large! My kids enjoyed the games in the basement and we all enjoyed the wildlife right on the front yard! Cole was helpful and easy to contact. Overall great experience in a beautiful home.

    The house was in a quiet neighborhood, not much of a yard, but there was a deer that enjoyed resting in the grass.The inside was beautiful, clean, comfortable. A very large, well organized kitchen. Lots of room for our family of six to spread out.It was about a 30 minute drive to Glacier National Park. We saw a rodeo while we were in town. The host was quick to respond to questions and concerns.

    We were a group of 3 couples. We enjoyed the house very much, no surprises from what was listed. Very quiet area just outside of downtown Columbia Falls and just minutes to the golf course there. Easy access to Glacier NP and Whitefish. Short drive to Kalispell. We would stay there again.

    We stayed at this beautiful home for 4 nights in October. The owner was very responsive to my questions prior to our trip and was very friendly and helpful. Check-in was easy. The house is IMMACULATE! I wish my house was that clean! The house was stocked with everything we needed, including spices for cooking and even a selection of bath soaps in the bathrooms. We were very comfortable and would highly recommend this home! Only one very tiny suggestion: Kleenex tissue in the bathrooms would be nice.

    The property was ideal for 3 couples trip to Glacier Park. House is centrally located for access to Whitefish, Columbia Falls and West Glacier. Cole was amazing to work with and excellent communication. Thanks for a wonderful MT adventure.

    We enjoyed Cole's house very much for our family vacation to Glacier National Park. The house is big, clean and comfortable. The kitchen is also well equipped for cooking.
