Renovated ocean-view home with beachfront access, hot tub, pool table, & deck

Had everything we needed and absolutely gorgeous views

It was a beautiful house however it could have used a little more cleaning. There were crumbs on the tables and coffee and in the coffee maker.

Proximity to the beach was awesome. The house was nicely decorated/furnished with plenty of seating!

The house was beautiful and right on the beach. There was plenty of space for our family of 19. We had ages 4 - 56 and everyone enjoyed their time spent watching movies, playing games, cooking and relaxing. The beach was soft white sand and clear water. We even found some shells and shark teeth.

Great view and beach access! Plenty of space for our large group from bedrooms to bathrooms and entertainment areas. Some housekeeping issues that were quickly addressed. Side deck and main deck on upper level are uneven and was a tripping hazard!

This house is really a great place for a large family to stay, plenty of room to hang out in the living room and kitchen area and not feel cramped. The bedrooms are nice size and having the private bathrooms for most rooms is very nice as well. This house has all the things you need to cook any kind of meal you can think of. Even has a kitchen aid mixer! The fridge is massive and the island is perfect for serving up large meals. We will be staying here again for sure!

Best we have ever rented.

Layout and location are great. Living room, kitchen and large porch were great! Customer service was great and responsive. But…overall this house needs some TLC on the basics in the bedrooms and bathrooms: mattresses very uncomfortable, lots of clogged shower drains, need to install privacy of some kind on outdoor shower so it can actually be used as a shower, hot tub was pretty bad by end of week, only 1 outdoor trash can for 8 bedroom house.

This is our second time renting this home for our church's ladies retreat. We found the home works great for large crowd. Large, sturdy bunks are nice when you have to share a room. Lots of king beds, too. The back porch is awesome and the windows with oceanfront view of beach keeps you wanting to stay.

Nineteen of our family members ages 6 to 77 were all together for the first time in five years. In years past when we all lived on the east coast and our numbers were fewer, we met at North Topsail Island for a summer vacation each year. This year we came from the states of Washington, Oregon, Texas, Florida, Virginia, and West Virginia to be together once again. The house was perfect for all of us. Having two floors and all of the upgraded amenities made living together very comfortable. The ocean views were outstanding, and we can’t thank you enough.

Everything about this house was 5+ stars except for the mattresses. The owners have thought of everything and we loved the house but it is surprising they skimped on hard mattresses. A few of them literally felt like you were sleeping on a box spring. If they add good bed toppers or change the mattresses, this house is definitely 5 star in every other way!

We had a wonderful time with all of our children and grandkids--19 of us. This was a fabulous house and met all of our needs. We had plenty of room for everyone. Lots of memories made.

Spacious, clean and beautiful house, however the management company was extremely slow to respond, if at all, to problems during our visit.

This is our second time staying in this home and it was just as incredible as the first time. Maybe even more so because I knew my way around this time! The home looks deceiving from the exterior but the interior is so expansive. The owner replaced the side and front deck and changed all the main deck railing to cable rail which took the already beautiful view to a whole new level of bliss. Loved the speaker system which could be modified according to the areas on the main floor you wanted to hear it from. The kids loved the hot tub and the new staircase from the backyard directly onto the beach made it really easy to go back and forth. I don't normally stay in the same place twice as I like to explore my options but this place feels like home and I can't wait to go back.
