Important Notes:
- There is no access to the first floor of the home, it is locked off as storage. This home and its amenities are private to this listing only. Pool is private and NOT shared.
- Pool area will be open by 05/25/24 and closed on 09/28/24.
- Pool area will be open by 05/24/25 and closed on 09/27/25.
- We are pet friendly! Your pet is welcome as we consider them part of the family! Prior approval and pet fee is mandatory. Your pet is not permitted to be near the pool area or in the pool. Our pet fee is $65 PER DAY for ONE pet. We require the name, breed and a photo of your pet prior to approval (some restrictions apply). If the pet is not disclosed before your stay, we will charge $250 per day, per pet.
- Linens, towels, toiletries and beach equipment is not provided. If desired there are several local companies that rent linens, towels and beach equipment such as @ShoreService or you can bring your own. Beach tags are NOT INCLUDED!
- The coolest A/C setting is 70 degrees, and the warmest heat setting is 75 degrees.
- Strict No Parties Rule: Avalon Borough has a strict noise code. In the event that our tenants violate that code, we could lose our Rental License for three consecutive years. If, as a result of your stay, our Rental License is revoked for any period due to a code violation, you and your guests WILL BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR 3 YEARS OF RENTAL INCOME.
Notice: Cameras monitor the outdoor spaces around our home for safety and security purposes. We require photo ID for any guest age 18+ prior to your stay.

Owner was very helpful and accessible. Helped us w/questions. House was pretty and contemporary. Open concept with space for having a great long vacation with sisters. Quiet neighborhood and fantastic pool with plenty of lounge chairs. Enjoyed our stay and would definitely return.
Property manager was fantastic. Very responsive and made sure we had an incredible stay. She was accessible and ensured we had a wonderful experience. We will be coming back for sure!!

We needed a place for a long weekend to attend a friends wedding in Cape May. This place was perfect for the 6 of us. Updated and clean. Very convenient location and easy booking process. We were there late in September — and weather didn’t cooperate with beach going —- so love to come back in the summer.
We loved our stay. Our favorite part was the pool!
Avalon is a great family vacation destination. Overall, the property is good. The pool is nice. The house is recently renovated. Some of the renovations seemed to take a bit of a shortcut. For example, the vertical blinds are already broken, and we had a leak in the kitchen sink, but the property manager is very nice and responsive. The beach is walkable, but you definitely need to drive with young children or anyone who cannot walk far.

As a family we enjoyed our time together. Although the property was newly renovated it had a few glitches in it but we got passed those. The pool was a great area…very spacious!!!
We had a great stay in Avalon. Location was a short walk to beach and shops. The pool made it even more amazing. House was very clean and comfortable. Loved it!
My family and I loved the place, it was spacious and comfortable. The weather wasn’t the best but because it came with a heated pool we enjoyed our time. We did late night swims to about 2am, water temp was about 85-90. You can adjust the temp you want the water to be. Front and back deck which was great, the park if you have little ones is a 4 minute walk. Carissa was great throughout our entire stay, she communicates very well. I recommend!
I would recommend Carissa and her property to anyone! They were quick to respond to any request we had and I would love to stay with them again!
