Renovated home w/fenced yard, brand-new pool, spa, foosball - steps to beach

Host was responsive with messages. Definitely a bummer that our spa and pool heat only worked for 2/7 days.

Beautiful Anna Maria Island stay! So well design and upgraded throughout every inch!! The putt-putt and cornhole were such nice bonuses when not at the beach or in the pool.

We loved the decor and cleanliness! Looked fresh and new. Pool area was amazing! So convenient to beach especially if you rent a golf cart. Would stay there again! Fit 6 people with plenty of space .

The house was in a great location. Quiet cul de sac and a short walk to the beach. Nice kitchen and bedrooms. The beds were comfortable. Bathrooms are small and if in the master bedroom, you have to walk through the dining room/kitchen area to get to a bathroom. The house was clean for the most part. Some windows looked like they hadn’t been cleaned or opened in awhile. Wanted to play cornhole but the beanbags were all torn up. It seemed nobody had been there in awhile to check in a few items. Over all a good experience.

We really enjoyed our stay. Our family of 4 loved the ability to walk to the beach, coffee shops and other little shopping areas. Walking to Manatee beach was a very easy short walk and a great place to grab breakfast or lunch. They have beach chairs, sand toys and a wagon. The trolley stop was close by for a quick ride. The house was clean and newly renovated. We enjoyed the pool, hot tub and the putting green!

We loved everything about the house and the neighborhood felt like home very clean and comfortable. King size bed all the amenities needed call Jacuzzi were very nice addition tree yeah I love the white open concept, ceiling fans and the great Air Conditioner.

The whole backyard was amazing, from the pool to the activities. The rooms are a good size, the kitchen is stunning (but bring not many options for dishes/cups/plates/bowls) We would definitely stay again.

We had an easy check in. Nice location to everything on the island. The house was clean. Could use some paint touch ups inside. And deep clean the sofa. Some outdoor furniture by pool could be replaced. Overall it was a nice stay.

We really enjoyed our time at Sea Salt & Sunny Days. The house is in a great location and only few mins walk to the beach. It affords an open plan with a beach vibe. Pool is excellent and complete with hot tub/sauna! The putting green and bean toss are great for after pool activities in the evening! This was our second year in a row staying at this location!

Loved this home! Clean, modern and spacious, with all new appliances. 2 blocks from Holmes beach, a few minutes walk and we were enjoying the waves! Beautiful inside and out! Enjoyed staying here, our favorite rental so far. We will be back!!

Interior of home clean & well supplied, only issue was bathroom doors do not lock. Pool was great, shade umbrella was broken. Gas grill needs to be replaced in very poor shape,

We enjoyed the home very much and the beds were comfortable, and there was plenty of space for our large family. The outdoor area was really nice and we spent most of our time out there. There was a slight issue with a bathtub not working and the pool heater not working and we had a slightly difficult time getting that resolved, but it was a holiday weekend. Someone did come out to fix it the next day. There was a Wagon to walk to the beach a few blocks so that was nice . Would have loved a few nicer beach chairs since we had to fly on we were not able to bring those. We were overall pleased with our stay.

The home was exactly like the pictures. It was ready on time with plenty of room for 4 adults. We found the kitchen to be well stocked. The back yard was our favorite. Comfy furniture and game area. Would definitely rent again.
