Renovated Home near Bucsh Gardens

This house looks wonderful on the website but it absolutely DOES NOT represent the horror this house really is. Upon our late arrival we were told by the homeowner that we were unable to use the dishwasher because it was broken. That was disappointing but he did tell us not to worry about doing the dishes so we accepted. I was looking for a pan and thought it might be in the dishwasher and I opened it up only to find mold completely engulfed the entire dishwasher. The smell that came out of it was horrendous. It was clear that this mold had been here for some time. Upon reviewing others reviews on their stay, I noticed that the homeowner was aware of this issue way back in August and has done nothing about it since then(because they reported it!). Totally unacceptable. Being that this house was filled with that mold, we tried to get out that evening however VRBO was unwilling to find another home for us that evening because it was late. It was not our fault that we arrived late in the evening so that was very disappointing. The next morning we woke up to what the house actually look like from the outside. We opened the blinds only to find algae growing all over the windows! Almost every window in the house had green algae all over the outside. We had also started a load of laundry that night because the towels didn’t seem clean and the washing machine leaked water all over floor. I cannot recommend this place to anyone- it was the worst place I’ve ever stayed in with VRBO.

It was great overall. However the wash cloths were still on with the tag and not washed the kids room was dusty and uno cards underneath with a dead coackroach. Had to ask for more toilet paper and hand soap. There was barely any dish soap to wash and rinse a couple of cups and no sponges either however when we reached out to the host he responded. Also a neighbor has roosters which woke us up at the crack of dawn both nights that we were there which we know it’s out of their hands but

The condo was perfectly located....extremely clean and in wonderful condition. We have found our place when we go to visit our kids!

The house is in a bit of rough shape. The floors are all uneven and cracked and the toilet is loose. The neighborhood isn’t the greatest but we knew that going in. If you a clean freak this isn’t the property for you, as this house is in desperate need of a deep professional clean. The property owner was very nice, unfortunately we just wouldn’t chose to stay here again.

We went in to look around the house, the dishwasher was full of mold (Not some…. It was fuzzy), there was no running water, and all the doors and windows had mold on them. The siding was falling off and the fence in the backyard was missing half of it. You could tell it was the place in the listing but NOT CURRENT! The photos are from the Zillow listing in 2020. I contacted the host, he did offer a different house which we also deemed not suitable for our family and was provided a full refund.

Host was very communicative.The house was extremely clean. It was in a convenient location to go to Busch Gardens with our family. The check-out was simple and easy. A super smooth stay. Will recommend this property.

The property was exactly as listed quite adequate even came with unexpected amenities 5 🌟 🌟🌟🌟🌟

Beds were comfortable but not enough towels. Cooking area was great and worked great for our short trip.

The house is very comfortable, spacious, and accommodating. Centrally located and communication with the property manager was fast and reliable.

My family enjoyed staying at this property. Pictures are exactly what you get. We had no issues. Would recommend...
