Stayed Jul 25, 2025Very pleasant well maintained home with all the amenities of home. Tastefully decorated. Huge back yard that you can relax in and watch all the activity on the lake. Centrally located so that you can easily walk to all the highlights of Bemus Point.

Stayed Sep 21, 2024We thoroughly enjoyed our overnight stay on this property. The house is absolutely adorable, clean and very spacious! We had a group of 6 ladies and we could couldn’t believe how convenient the location was to the waterfront and everything Bemus has to offer! Kitchen was perfect for preparing food and the fire pit was great for a fall evening. A special thank you to Lori for her excellent communication and thoughtfulness☺️
