Host kept in touch throughout the vacation. Very nicely appointed home-loved the fenced yard for my dog and the sense of privacy. Quiet neighborhood, loved listening to the waves! Beautiful sunsets from the front porch.

The house was great for our family. Our two older kids (8 and 6) enjoyed laying their shells out on the back table. Kids proofed! Only complaint is I wish it listed you must bring towels when listing. Also, pack and play needs sheets available and cleaned.

The host was very welcoming as was the property! We appreciated the bag of ice in the freezer that was there on arrival. The furniture was very comfortable, the house very clean and the location with the beach just across the street was excellent. Had a great stay.

Other than a small problem with the front door lock, the house, location, and stay was very peaceful and relaxing.The fenced in back yard was a very nice addition.

This house was great! Fenced back yard for the dogs. Right across from the beach. Mexico beach is a bit lacking in places to eat & pickup groceries, but not a big issue.

We had a great stay! House was just as described, host were very communicative, easy walk to the beach! Perfect house for a family. We didn’t bring pets but the backyard would be great for vacationing with a dog!

2nd time staying here. Will do it again. Great location across the street from the city Pavilion and easy beach access. Have a dinner pick nick and watch the sun-set.

This is going to be our go to beach vacation place to stay! Clean, comfy, well stocked and right across the street from the beach. We had a terrific time!

The location had easy access to the beach. The house was well equipped. The backyard was a huge plus as it allowed our dog some freedom to explore. We will definitely be back!

Great location, roomy, quiet neighborhood.

Overall we were very satisfied with our stay here. It's pretty small, so perfect for a couple or small family. If you have a dog you will really appreciate the fenced in yard. It's only minutes from the beach, which was the whole point of our trip. The only complaint I had was the garbage can outside was so smelly the odor traveled all the way into the backyard. Also, it would have been amazing if part of the backyard had covering for shade. Overall, really enjoyed our stay!

Perfect location & wonderful owners to work with

We've been going to Mexico Beach all my life for our girls trip with my grandmother and her granddaughters. The past few years we have stayed at this property and it has everything we could ever need. It's a short walk across the street to the beach and the house provides all we might need for a week long stay. We look forward to staying here again!

Super clean! Very cozy and comfortable . Fenced in backyard is great for pet. We definitely found our permanent residence for all of our future trips Mexico Beach. Owners were very accommodating and quick to respond to any questions. Highly recommend!!
