Stayed Jan 3, 2026Linda was very welcoming and helpful. I had multiple questions and called multiple times before our stay and she was always available and helpful. The property is perfect for our large party. We would definitely recommend this property and look forward to staying again.

Stayed Apr 11, 2025We enjoyed our stay here. Linda gave good directions ahead of time with a list of great restaurants and things to do in St. Augustine for our stay. The parking is a little tight if you have more than 3 cars but it worked for us just fine. The King beds were all very comfortable. The pull out couches were typical for comfort but they were doable. The bathrooms were good too. The one with the clawfoot tub was a little tight while showering due to the curtain but it is not an real issue. The kitchens had everything you need for making food and coffee. The upstairs flooring is a little uneven and slanty in a few spots but adds to the charm of the place. There is a nice outdoor space for sitting and relaxing that is covered off the downstairs unit. It is also walkable to the fort, St George Street and Distillery within 10-15 minutes and driving 5 minutes. It's a very nice and quite area.

Stayed Jan 12, 2025It is an older house divided into two separate apartments. We used both spaces. The house has some natural wear and tear such as the garage disposal that roars like a dragon but the beds were so comfortable and the place was cozy and warm which we enjoyed in contrast to weather outside. I would highly recommend this property to others. We were minutes away from the downtown area

Stayed Nov 27, 2024We rented both upper and lower units. The two kitchens made putting our Thanksgiving meal together a snap. All King beds were great. Large closets made it nice for setting up baby in there. Fully equipped….

Stayed Apr 5, 2024Our book club normally meets virtually, but once a year, we meet in person to just hang out, see some sites, and spend time together. We look for places to stay that will accommodate 8 people that is within walkable distance to sites, shops, and restaurants. The location of this property did not disappoint. Prior to our arrival, the host reached out and provided check in procedures (basically a key code to the doors, which is tricky because the key pad doesn’t “read” the first number punched in, but the host’s hubby happened by when we were trying to get in and gave us a hand). We rented both guest houses, which meant a weird walk-through a very narrow broom closet to get to the other side, but it was fine. Pros: Location. It’s close to all the sites, but not so close that you can hear city-life throughout the night. The number of beds and bathrooms is nice. The host’s explanation of things to do and her explanation of how to access the property. Bonus: Some of our party arrived early and the host allowed slightly early access since it was already cleaned. King-sized beds allowed for space for sleeping when sharing a room. Cons: The kitchen area is small in one house and the location of the couch, adjacent to the kitchen, puts your back to those eating in the kitchen. You have to be willing to share a bed if you have more than 4 people. There are some electrical issues that are concerning. Overall, we had a great time & were glad we stayed at Lemon House.

Stayed Dec 20, 2023We rented the entire Lemon Guest house for our daughter's wedding at the Lightner Museum. Location is a bit of a walk to most of the downtown spots (about 10-15 minutes). Everything with the property was as described. Parking was a bit tricky, but we were able to squeeze in 4 vehicles. I would definitely recommend this property.
