Renovated Golf Course Home w/ Heated Private Pool, Hot Tub and Firepit

Hands down, our favorite VRBO stay - to date! The house was exactly as pictured & beautiful. It was perfect for our family, winter break getaway. Will definitely have to come back during the summer months to utilize the pool & see the golf course in action! Thank you for sharing your space for our relaxing vacation!

Perfect location for a family wedding we attended. House was beautiful & very spacious. Fun & colorful decor was very inviting. Host had the music & lights on upon arrival, nice added touch! Will return in the summer to utilize the pool!

Best VRBO we have ever stayed at. All pictures are accurate. Had all essentials and MORE. Owner is a delight AND on top of everything. Very easy to communicate with. Very detailed info given all the way. Extremely clean property and everything was in fine working order.

Our stay could not have been better. Facility was extremely clean well stocked. The owner was accessible and very helpful. Property manager was the same. Those who serviced the pool and the surrounding property were on top of their game. the property is exactly as shown on the VRBO site. Would highly recommend this property to anyone looking to visit Saugatuck.

Wonderful property in Saugatuck. Perfect place for our group - everyone loved the backyard space. The pool was incredible. House was really well laid out and stocked with essentials making it stand out from other vacation homes. Owners and communication was perfect and they were responsive at every step of the process. Highly recommend.

Beautiful home in the heart of everywhere you want to be! Home was well equipped with lots of amenities. Pool was very nice as was the hot tub. We loved it there!

Loved our stay at Clearbrook Cottage! House perfectly equipped, pool awesome and property manager amazing. We have never had such good support from a property manager!! The power was out in the entire area, effecting our stay, and Chadd made sure we were apprised before we arrived. We were able to plan and it was a mere blip on our stay. Would stay there again!

We appreciated the amenities in this home. The backyard could not have better. An ample supply of both sun and shade. The pool was so well-maintained and included good pool toys. Nice firepit and seating areas. Beautiful golf course view our front, trees plentiful out back made it feel very private.

Shopped, played, ate- the house was amazing and supported friends that wanted to have a great relaxing weekend away

We really enjoyed our stay at this magnificent property! Once again, working with Brett and property manager Matt made the process seamless. We were able to drop our bags and slither into the salt water pool..the house was well stocked with necessities making our visit so relaxing. If you can get away this is the place..if I haven't reserved it already..lol. I did feel the overwhelming desire to learn to GOLF..maybe next visit!

This house was a great space for our annual family vacation which is our adult children and one grandchild. Nice size rooms. Lots of toys for our 3 1/2 year old grandson. The pool and hot tub were nice. Lots of glasses, dishes and silverware in the kitchen. There were basic spices and pots and pans. My biggest suggestion to the property owner is to have more kitchen towels. There were three small cheap towels as kitchen towels which for 7 of us, required an almost daily wash in the washing machine and felt wasteful. With that being said, that seems like a minor thing compared to the rest of the house and accommodations. We had to reach out to the property manager a couple of times but he was very helpful and responsive. We enjoyed the proximity to Saugatuck and Douglas and were able to enjoy the beach, towns and home.

The perfect house for our family, from the pool, to the screened porch to the backyard fire pit. The house is beatiful…newly remodeled, clean & well stocked (from pool toys to beach equipment.) 5 min to charming downtown Saugatuck, and 10 min to Oval beach. It was all we hoped for and more. We can’t wait to come back. Thank you for a great week!

The house was great and very clean. Great pool.

We had a great time. The house was perfect for our family traveling with 3 kids. We appreciated having the pack & play and high chair on site, the kitchen was stocked with everything you could need to make and serve meals, and the house was very tastefully done. The backyard was amazing! It felt very secluded when we were hanging out and the pool & hot tub were a hit with the kids. Also, all the extra pool accessories and toys at the house were great. For our first time visiting Saugatuck, I don’t think we could of asked for a much better experience.
