Renovated fisherman’s house in the heart of the authentic fishing port of Cotiniére (postcard of the island of Oléron). Located 190m from the beach and 500 m from the fishing port. It has 3 bedrooms. 1 bathroom and separate toilet. Baby equipment. Car parking in courtyard. and on the other side a flowered garden with covered forecourt and arranged for meals (barbecue wood and plancha electric). 4 bikes are at your disposal free of charge. everything for the holiday without the car.! Sale of fish directly from the port, daily market and shops within 500m. Our rental is quiet because withdrawn in a impasse. En winters electric heating is charged at an additional rate according to the actual consumption of the meter EDF (provide between 30 and 50 € / week depending on use). Possibility of renting sheets and linens from a local provider, cleaning possible at the end of stay in addition ( consult us)
