Stayed Oct 24, 2025Exterior needs a good pressure wash Dirty ashtray on front porch... strong cigarette odor. Interior was basically clean. Chairs in dining room need to be replaced/repaired...very wobbly Spray paint on downstairs bathroom wall. No can opener. Location however is ideal! Millbrook Marsh directly across the street! Minutes to campus and downtown.

Stayed Oct 18, 2024This home was lovely and clean and the listing was accurate. Very close to Penn State. And it was right next to a nature reserve which was beautiful. The only minor observations that I could make for improvement would be to have a few more comfy chairs in the living room (just one sofa) and to have a few more trash cans in the upstairs room (didn't have one even in the bathroom) But overall, it was a lovely stay and I would definitely stay here again! Thank you so much.

Stayed May 2, 2024We had a great stay at the Farmhouse over graduation weekend. Very charming house! It had everything we needed. The location couldn't have been better. Would stay again and Lisa is easy to work with!

Stayed Feb 8, 2022The house was perfect for our visit to State College for a concert at the Bryce Jordan Center. We were dropped off for the concert, and walked home. Less than 2 miles, and about 30 minutes. The house was cozy and well appointed. We will definitely make it our HQ when visiting for another event!

Stayed Nov 12, 2021My family and I were in State College for a football game and the house was perfect. The outside was classic farmhouse and the interior was clean, well maintained and had everything we needed. I had a couple questions during our stay and the host responded very quickly. Bonus - the house was just a 3 min drive to the stadium. I highly recommend the house and the host. We will definitely be coming back.
