renovated end townhouse with off street parking

Wonderful house for our karate tournament weekend in NJ! 8 of us were very comfortable and found the house to have everything we needed! Kitchen is very well equipped and we loved having the balconies for morning coffee. Sandra was very responsive to our questions and the neighborhood was very quiet even though it was a holiday weekend. Highly recommend booking this property!

Very reasonably priced

A nicely maintained townhome with plenty of room and newer bathrooms. Master bed was very comfy. At least 3 bedrooms and living room have ceiling fans in addition to the central air. Some preferred glass rather than plastic drink ware. Would gladly rent again…especially with responsive owner.

Nice property. Great location on the island. Three full bathrooms is definitely a plus for a large family. Lots of beach toys for our grandson to play with. Beach wasn't crowded. House had everything we needed. No issues with communication.

Beautiful, clean, well appointed large home. It was perfect for our family gathering. Lots of spaces for kids and adults to gather. Close to beaches and Brigantine business district. Highly recommend!

Property as described. We had seven adults, and everyone seemed to be in agreement that it was a good place to stay. Loved having 3 1/2 bathrooms. Nice area and short walk to beach.

Family of six came to celebrate birthday week. Great location, very private beach and very attentive owner. Would stay again if we ever come back to Brigantine.

Especially if you're going to the drive-on beaches the location is perfect, South End is very quiet and peaceful. The garage was stocked with tons of beach chairs, umbrellas, beach toys and wagons for walking to the beach which was a big plus. Layout was very comfortable. Way more than enough room for our family of five.

Great place. Plenty of room and good location. Only concern was some electrical outlet issues in a couple of rooms.

We were very happy with our stay this weekend! The home has a great location, ample room, a great layout, nicely decorated, clean, and well stocked with amenities for your beach vacation! Details such as extra USB plugs to lots of hooks to hang bathing suits and towels are just a couple of the thoughtful amenities in this home. Sandra was quick to respond to any questions and was flexible with check-in/out times. Great host! The location was amazing, as we enjoyed our daily walks to the beach only a block away. I would definitely recommend this home to anyone looking to visit Brigantine.
