The house was phenomenal, and the owners were very attentive to us! We had such an amazing stay for our wedding!

We thoroughly enjoyed this whole property. The direct access to the beach & the pool were the highlights, but the many bedrooms & ensuite bathrooms were also very appreciated. This property is exceptionally well equipped with family tables, plates, silverware, & cooking options. There is a whole cabinet for coffee & tea. We were a family group of 12 with a 2 year old & highly recommend this rental

Beautiful and very comfortable home directly on the beach. We celebrated our moms 90th birthday and the accommodations were great for her. The kitchen is fully furnished with everything one needs. We truly enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful property in amazing location. Right on an uncrowded beach with so many places to soak in the view. Plenty of space for 3 generations to spread out and be comfortable. Would definitely return if we're in the area again!

The home and property were exactly as described. The layout of the bedrooms were perfect for our family of eight adults and five children. There was plenty of seating for both dining and lounging. The kitchen was well equipped. The additional refrigerator in the garage and an assortment of beach chairs, bougie boards, and toys were an added plus. We loved being able to walk directly from the house to the beach. The beach and neighborhood were quiet, yet close to shopping and restaurants.

We had a wonderful time there. This house was very well equipped with all the things you need at the beach.It was just right for our family of 11. A private beach front access and the pool was great as well. Thanks for wonderful stay.

This was the most beautiful home. The host went over and beyond with everything you needed for a great vacation. The grand children loved the homemade cookies upon arrival. It’s in a central location to restaurants and Flagger Ave. our family had plenty of room to spread out! Will definitely rent again.

We recently rented this oceanfront pool home for our (4) children, their spouses and our (5) grandchildren (ages 5 yrs to 9 mos). This property is simply spectacular! Its 6 beds/baths provided private spaces for everyone. The furnishings are beautiful & the kitchen had everything we needed. The location on New Smyrna Beach is fabulous & walking distance to bars & restaurants. The pool was also perfect for the kids. I highly recommend this property!

This house was great for our family of 13 (7 adults, 6 kids). It had plenty of living space - seating and dining. Pool was a great alternative after beach time. Great access to the beach. Saw beautiful sunrises from the back deck. We hope to come back to this house again next year!

We really enjoyed our stay, and felt that the location couldn’t have been better! Great ocean views easy access to the beach. Beautiful view of sunrise and sunset. Comfortable beds. The set up was a home away from home. The owners obviously thought of everything. Everyone had space for privacy and then there was a great room that was superb for gathering and enjoying the stay with our family. Thank you so much Bernadette and Dave!!!
