Welcome to 'Sandy Toes' and the Outer Banks. This is where troubles fade away and memories are made!
This classic Outer Banks style cottage is conveniently located at MP 3.7 in Kitty Hawk, a favorite spot of long time Outer Banks visitors. Two of the bedrooms have queen-sized beds. The third bedroom has a twin-over-full bunk bed. There are two full baths, one adjoining the master bedroom. There is also an outdoor shower with hot/cold water to clean off after a great day at the beach.

Stayed Oct 22, 2025We had the perfect stay at Sandy Toes! This was our first beach trip with our toddler and we had everything we needed. This is a perfect location, convenient to lots of food and shopping and a very quick walk to the beach. The comminication with the host was easy and we received very quick responses. We will definitely be booking again for our next trip!

Stayed Aug 23, 2025Brief stay at this property to extend our vacation for a couple of days. The renovation was clearly done with care and flair. The owner has provided top notch appliances, and quite a few extras that you don't normally see - boogie boards, chairs, umbrellas, and a cart. Not on the beach, but very close. Access was easy. A nice find at the last minute. Wish we'd spent the entire week here.

We having been coming to OBX for a few years now and this is the first time we have rented a house that was walking distance to the beach. It was incredible. Sleep in, pack the cooler and the wagon, enjoy an awesome day at the beach, rinse and repeat. The house was very clean and exactly as advertised. The owner is very responsive to communication. We had a relaxing week.

Stayed Jul 13, 2024When I Never sure what to expect when actually arriving, Sandy Toes suited us quite well. Very clean and bright inside and well stocked. Could use a bit of paint outside but would definitely stay there again. Owner was always quick to respond to any questions. Would highly recommend.
