Stayed Aug 8, 2025The house is clean and appreciate all the kitchen wares, clean white thick towels and nice soda too for VRBO in Gainesville. This is one of few places that is well kept in a college town area. We enjoyed our stay.

Stayed Apr 5, 2025We came in town to record a 2nd studio album. The accomodations were excellent! Great location, clean home, I did however lose about 4 games of pool! We would recommend.

Stayed Mar 1, 2025We will stay here again. Very, very clean house. The pool table was a hit! Super close to UF. We came for UF BB game. It’s really 3 bedrooms with king beds, not 4 bedrooms. Very happy with our stay!! Thank you Carlos.

Stayed Jun 7, 2024Enjoyed our stay, close to many stores/ facilities. But house is too close to major highway lots of road noise. Could use a dresser in each bedroom. Really enjoyed the game room. All in all we would stay again if the need arises.
