Stayed Dec 31, 1969Let me start by saying; we had the best time every in Charlotte, NC! We stayed for 5 days, when we first entered the first thing we all said was, This is very nice! The beds are especially comfortable. The water pressure in the shower was life changing at best. The accommodations are better than any hotel you could get in Charlotte. The area is so peaceful, the little outside patio was enjoyable. We had coffee and enjoyed the Charlotte breeze on that patio in the daytime and nighttime. We were there for a conference so we had things happening downtown, the airport and the NC Music Factory. We painted the City Purple which is why the best part of this trip was our location. This little gray house sitting on a hill is conveniently located to downtown, the airport, parks and 3 minutes from a area called the NC Music Factory. The Fillmore for concerts and shows, The World Night Club are a few of the places we visited and had the most fun attending. All together our location was as much of the reason we have the best memories of Charlotte, NC.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969The place was easy to get to and close to downtown Charlotte. The house has been renovated but lacking in construction details. All in all, our stay here was worth it. SUPER CLEAN! Could use a few larger pans and kitchen counter space. It had mostly everything we needed. While we appreciated the extra household items in the kitchen and bathroom, the spaces felt cluttered. The bedroom with two beds is not getting sufficient heat and was colder than other rooms. Parking was easy, setting security alarm st night was nice. Thank you for a nice stay!

Stayed Oct 8, 2021This home is very clean and well suited for a small group. The beds and linens were comfortable and the space was bright and nicely furnished. The neighborhood is in good proximity to many events and downtown however, the the neighborhood itself is a bit run down. House had a nice selection of coffee, teas and plenty of bottled water which was nice. Overall would totally recommend staying.
