Second stay at this location. The property is beautiful and in a great location. However, there were issues that made this second stay uncomfortable. The difference in the three months between stays made an impact. Seems like the property has not been maintained. I never give bad reviews but feel this is a health issue which can be fixed. Any other issues I sent directly to Evolve. There was a mildew/mold smell which was really strong. I kept the dehumidifier in the living room running so had to keep emptying it out twice a day. I recommend they bring in an expert to cure the issue before it affects their business. Amazon sells a crawl space/attic/basement dehumidifier which has an automatic pump.
We really enjoyed this property and would stay here again!
Stayed a few days here with our adult kids while visiting family. Much more relaxing then staying at a hotel!
The place was okay. It’s a lot smaller than we thought, and had an old, dusty vibe to it. We were harassed by one neighbor, an old woman who said the car port lights were bothering her at night and demanded that we turn them off. The other neighbor was in our driveway at night for no discernible reason. Checking out my truck I suppose. One plus is the security camera system, it was very robust…… which in turn made us feel uneasy. We were unable to get comfortable there and ended up leaving a day early.
We enjoyed our stay in this nice & comfy house
We enjoyed our stay! The house had everything we needed including a coffee pot and AC (which we hadn't been sure about). Our only suggestion would be a safety bar added to the tub for older people (like my 85 year old mom). Close to Niagara and to our family in Lockport.
The house was perfect for what we needed. Had some fun things for the kids to play with. Had really nice household items that we didn’t expect like complimentary washing pods and drier sheets. Host was great to let us know it was garbage day and even had the garbage cans brought back up to the house!! Overall great experience
House was clean, accurate with the pictures online.
Our cycling team stayed here for the 2 Days of Buffalo bicycle race. Enough beds and couch for everyone. Nice kitchen which was key for feeding our guys proper food for successful race days.
We rented this property when we came into Buffalo for my son's wedding. I am a former resident of Buffalo NY and I could not see myself paying the hotel rates listed around the city. This property is located in a quiet residential neighborhood. The accommodations were perfect. The home was furnished beautifully, and the beds were extremely comfortable. My husband, mother and mother-in-law slept wonderfully. I do wish this property had 2 bathrooms, but nonetheless we made it work. It was refreshing to stay in such a nice home. I want to add this home sits in what is considered the outskirts of Buffalo, meaning not the inner-city.
While the property was fine, the property owner would not communicate with me directly, I had to leave 2 weeks early due to a coworker coming down with Covid, and the property owner would not even consider a partial refund or a credit that I may or may not have been able to use. As a result my company will no longer allow us to use Vbro for extended stays. I hope Karma gets even with the property owner as I did prefer staying at Vbro properties over Hotels. But that is no longer an option. Thanks
Everything was fine. Very comfortable. The only hiccup was a grouchy neighbor who complained that we woke him up packing the car to leave. We were not noisy at all.
