Cozy family retreat

I am so grateful for a pet friendly property! This host was accommodating to let us bring our little dogs. I appreciate that there were laundry facilities and a fenced back yard. The house is also situated on a nice, calm, and quiet street that is centrally located to so many things.

Well equipped kitchen. Family friendly environment with minimal breakables. Host was responsive to requests and for some areas of concerns. Beds were comfortable. Plenty of supplies available.

It was a perfect space for a long weekend.

Great bedrooms, nice kitchen setup with good supplies. Nice living are too, just need a better/more comfortable couch setup for a lot of people.

Property needed some TLC, evidently someone had recently stayed with a long haired dog, hair on bedspread and behind furniture.Location is very convenient, amenities are nice, only place to put luggage was on the floor unfortunately. Has potential, needs some love.

Check in was very easy. The house was clean, one of the four bedrooms was small but we were able to managed well! We liked having two bathrooms since four women friends rented this home for a weekend reunion trip. Good kitchen space. The neighborhood is nice and neighbors are friendly. My only suggestion would be upkeep on landscaping and outdoor space.

A nice little property! Comfortable and peaceful! Easy to get around in, nice neighborhood. Quiet. Easy communication with quick responses. We enjoyed our stay and even mamaged to relax a little in a chaotic wedding weekend stay!

This home was exactly as describe. Cozy family retreat. Great quiet neighborhood! Easy in and out. Clear and simple instructions. Perfect for a trip to Niagara Falls. We loved it. We would use again and again!

Everything was as expected or better!

Just wish we had been able to access the yard from inside the house. Overall really great space, very clean, everything we needed was provided. Location was super convenient.

We loved the location! It was close to everything. The house was clean but lacked sufficient hand soap and toilet paper in the bathrooms. Not the end of the world as we took a trip to Wegmans, just 3 miles away! The kitchen was well stocked and the furnishings were comfortable. The neighbors were pleasant and the neighborhood was quiet. There were little to no check out instructions regarding cleaning up (which we did anyway and hope we did enough) so maybe some more guidance there would be helpful. But we would rent this home again if our plans bring us back to Buffalo.

Repeat stay for us in this great little house central to Buffalo. Dog-friendly with nice secure back yard. Clean and comfortable. Short drive to shops and restaurants. Hope to stay here again when visiting our family.

Clean and functional

We have stayed in quite a few VRBO's in the Buffalo area while visiting our family. This is by far the best. It was very clean and all the rooms were decorated and furnished nicely. The home was obviously well-cared for maintained properly. The yard is fenced and our dogs were allowed, another great bonus. The fireplace was much appreciated as we visited during a winter snowfall. There is a nice deck for warmer months. It is a superb little place and we had a great time. Thank you to the property manager/owner for allowing us the chance to stay here. We hope to be back.

My wife, parents, and I enjoyed our stay here. The backyard was great for our dog. Driving around the area was easy as we had no problem getting on 90 for the Bills game. I would come back.

Tess was a pleasure to work with. The location could not have been better for our annual girls’ weekend.

We were in Buffalo for a family wedding and the house was very convenient to all of the venues and other family members. We travel with our dog and the back yard was great for playing with him and excellent places for walks. The house was very comfortable and suited our needs to a tee.

Had a great stay.Oven heating element broke...called. new part installed same day. Very nice. Would stay again1

A little hiccup at first-we didn’t know to enter through the side door-did not impact our pleasant stay. Nice beds, wonderful showers, newer appliances-including the washer and dryer-and plenty of room made for an enjoyable two days.

Lots of updates, but definitely more needed. Bathtub was extremely slippery & stairs going to the second level were many steps with small treads. Backyard was a mess with many branches & piles of previous dog waste that had to be raked before we let our dog out in it. Toilet & sink in main bathroom had to be cleaned by me. Low back couch was extremely uncomfortable.

It suited our needs with 4 bedrooms and 2 baths. Location near our families and wedding venue.

We enjoyed our time here. It was clean and quiet, and that's all that we needed. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again during our next trip.
