The ground floor includes a large covered front porch, one bedroom (King) and bathroom with walk in tile shower. The kitchen has ample counter space and a huge farmhouse sink. The second floor has 3 bedrooms (2 Queen and 2 full beds) along with a bathroom and laundry.

There is a private fenced yard area to the side of the house.

Adequate parking on street as well as behind the home. You can park your boat trailer as well. Boat launch is only a few blocks away

    The home was welcoming and easily accommodated all of our family of seven's Thanksgiving activities. The close proximity to downtown and the park was a great plus. We were very pleased with the facilities, hosts, and our stay.

    The house was nice and cozy with hotel style amenities. Within a short walking distance of the lake, beach, park, shops, restaurants. Our host Bryan was was great. He sent us a welcome message and later checked to make sure we were enjoying our stay.

    This home was wonderful! Loved the front porch! Easy access to beach and downtown. The house provided so many things that we didn't have to bring or buy when we arrived. It really met all of our needs. Would highly recommend for families.

    We had an excellent experience with the host, and the property was perfect for our extended family group. We visit family in Lake Mills, IA and will definitely choose to stay here over the hotels in Worth. Would highly recommend.

    Good location! It was a quick walk to downtown shops and easy parking. House was clean and comfortable. Bring your own hair dryer, none provided.

    Loved our stay here! The location is perfect. Walkable to the lake, restaurants, and the brewery. There is a small grocery store one block over. The hosts were very responsive with questions and the home was exactly as described. We would definitely stay here again!

    The property was very well appointed, beds were comfy with quality bedding, and the bathrooms were a good size and had everything we needed. The location was great for walking downtown and it was very close to the lake. The only problem we had was when we put the heat on high enough for the upstairs rooms, it made the downstairs bedroom too warm. It all worked out OK though. I would definitely stay here again! The hosts were quick to respond to any questions or concerns we had.

    Property is close proximity to the downtown beach area which is really nice. The house was consistent to online pictures. The communication with property manager was good and all went according to plan. The only negative of our stay was the intense amount of fruit flies or other bug on the outdoor patio/back door as there are trees around the house. I assume we just hit our luck bad with that though and were there on a weekend the weather caused the bugs to be bad as I did see a lot downtown as well. Overall a great rental experience!

    Communication with host was very good. Location of lovely home was really just minutes from anything we wanted to do. Downtown is actually walkable distance, too. Kitchen area well stocked with attractive dishware also. (We utilized restaurants but everything was provided if you wanted to cook your meals.) Bathroom and bedroom spaces beautifully decorated and functional. Parking in front, on a quiet street- or on the lot next to side entrance, was very convenient (especially for unloading and loading cars after stay) Would highly recommend
