Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was perfect for us - plenty of room, wonderful front porch and close to the beach. The only issue we had is that the refrigerator was not working. But management provided a small substitute refrigerator and sent a repairman out to fix the problem.

Walked and rode rented bikes everywhere. Very short bike ride to pool. House was perfect for our group - 4 adults and 3 kids - 3 bedrooms and 4 full bathrooms was nice. Outside connected shower was great after beach trips. Screened-in front porch was lovely for relaxing. Great tv room with lots of seating. Only issue was an A/C problem -property management responded quickly and repair (a clogged drain line) was done the same day.

Only 100 yard walk to beach and less than that to the town center...

As we all know EVERYTHING in Seaside is on the small side of things but this house felt like a mansion because of the design! We had a great time being so close to the square. It was the closest we have stayed and we were a little concerned it would be to busy. It was not! All the normal lovely perks of seaside stayed constant!

We loved everything about our time in this house. Proximity to the beach and town center were the biggest pros for us, but the house itself is lovely as well.

Thank you for also allowing us to have 2 extra hours to check out. The only thing missing was a broom to be able to sweep the sand up.
