Please keep the outside door closed. Our HRV system brings in fresh, filtered air without bugs, but an open door invites them right in.

Please don't leave food on counters or tables — sweet things especially attract ants.

Feel free to open the screened windows anytime for fresh air. Thanks a bunch!

If you have young children, please watch them closely near the pond. For safety, do not allow anyone to swim in or drink from the pond.

Rest & Relaxation
Our home is a quiet sanctuary, not a party venue. Please keep gatherings strictly limited to your booking group. Daytime visitors are fine, but only registered overnight guests may stay past 10 PM.

100% Smoke-Free
To keep our mountain air fresh, smoking and vaping are prohibited anywhere inside, on the deck, or elsewhere on the property.

Good Neighbor Hours (10 PM – 7 AM)
Please help us maintain peace with our neighbours: no loud music, no outdoor shouting, no running machinery during these hours.

Registered Guests Only
For safety and insurance compliance, only guests included in your official reservation are permitted overnight. Please message us if you’d like to have a daytime visitor.

Bear-Aware Garbage Safety
We share North Vancouver with active wildlife! Always use the secured bins and never leave food or trash outside overnight – this prevents bear encounters and heavy district fines.
