Stayed May 14, 2026Very clean and comfortable rental. Nicely decorated. One of the four bedrooms is in a separate casita with no bathroom and a daybed with no sleeping pillows. Good location.

Great location and easily accessible neighborhood.Only recommendation would be to have some condiments at the home: Tea, coffee, cream, sugar salt and pepper for your out of town guest, like myself.Already recommended this property to a few friends and colleagues. Stayed Feb 5, 2026My family enjoyed our stay at this home in this quiet area of Coral Gables. There are plenty of parking, home is well furnished, clean and comfortable. We liked the open concept kitchen and the open area on the ground level. It is worth mentioning there are a couple of minor maintenance issues, uneven floor tiles in the master bedroom which could be a possible hazard for an elderly person, there was also a loose floor tile in the living room which should be fixed. Overall, this is a beautiful home, we loved the updated kitchen and the extra bathrooms. Would we stay here again in the future? Absolutely.

Stayed Dec 24, 2025House was clean, host was very responsive. Would stay here again. Only thing is to clean the dryer vent so the dryer dries better but host was made aware and was looking to fix it. Overall good house and had a good stay.

Stayed Jan 11, 2026The rooms were ample and nicely furnished. The house was very clean and bright. The kitchen was well appointed. There were issues with lighting that need to be addressed. (Flickering lights, bulbs out or missing, etc. I contacted the owner but nothing was done during our 8 day stay.) The dryer was broken as well.
