Close to several GREAT restaurants ✅ Clean and ready to go ✅ Less than a 5 minute walk to MKA ✅ Less than 15 minute walk to Autzen ✅ Convenient to EVERYTHING you need ✅ Less than 10 minute walk to Hayward ✅ All of the “at home” touches you need ✅ Convenient and quick Lyft or Uber ✅ We had a great week that included cooking a FULL Thanksgiving meal for 5 people with all the kitchen utensils and appliances provided by the host. This is the PERFECT house for 3-4 people. It was a perfect Thanksgiving week- including the Ducks victory over Washington.

Stayed Oct 22, 2024House was spotless. The beds were to die for, and wish I could have fit mine in my bag to bring home to enjoy. You just can't get any closer to staying by the university. Practically across the street. Highly recommend this home.

Stayed Jun 27, 2024The house was updated and immaculate. It is absolutely beautiful with great parking. The house is an easy 0.3 mile from Hayward Field (6 minute to walk and I am 70) The walk took us directly to the entrance. The host answered our questions quickly and is easy to work with. The house was well stocked with quality items. My advice to you is--If you are considering this house stop reading reviews and book NOW. We went to the Olympic Track and Field trials and it was perfect. Well worth the price. Don't hesitate. If it is available, snatch it up, it will not last.

Stayed Jun 11, 2024We were looking for someplace to stay that is near Hayward Field. This property is perfect! Everything you need is within walking distance. It is located three blocks from the track, two blocks from a grocery store, and three blocks from Track Town Pizza. What more could anyone want!?!?
