Remodled Cheerful 3 Bedroom 2 bath Home with beautiful Oasis Pool.

Very clean and comfortable, as advertised. Great host communication. Appreciated the start up basket of coffee and snacks. Great location, safe neighborhood.

The host was responsive and easy to communicate with before and during our stay. This home was a great place to stay while visiting Maricopa! The home was very comfortable and clean! The kitchen was fully stocked. The beds were comfortable. The pool was clean and refreshing. As we were all seniors in our 70’s, we would have benefited from a railing in the pool and possibly a step stool near the bed as they were higher than we are used to. Overall, we would recommend this home and would stay here again in the future! Thank you Donnie and Stacie!

Overall, our stay was very positive. House was clean, quiet, cool, and well stocked. Pool was very clean and well maintained as well. My only small complaints would be comfort level of the beds was not ideal. We found them to be very very firm but that comes down to individual tastes. Each morning a water timer would turn ON and OFF multiple times which was quite loud in the master. When you're on vacation, the last thing you want is to be disturbed in the early morning multiple times by the sound of rushing water when trying to sleep. In addition, the kitchen has a beautiful seemingly new fridge with no ice in the non-functional ice maker. Not ideal for drinks next to the pool! Lastly, I understand the need to have an automated tool in the pool for cleaning but having spent many hours in the pool, having the pool vacuum constantly walking around in there was quite annoying. There surely is a way to remove that when swimming without impacting pump operation.

Hosts were amazing and great to communicate with. The property was perfect for our stay. Our family enjoyed the pool during the hot summer days we were there as well as the comfortable house. The house is very spacious and actually bigger than we were expecting. The location was great and has easy access to the grocery store and shopping center nearby. We woild definitely stay here again if we have the opportunity.

Very nice property if you’re looking to be away from the city. No walking or thinking trails close so that’s a little bit of a drawback. The pool and house amenities were very nice and we had a relaxing week.

This property was perfect for our annual Father/Son golf trip. We enjoyed playing the courses in the area, eating at local food venues, and relaxing in the pool and hot tub while at the house. Great communication with host and straightforward check-in and check-out procedures!

The beds were not good unless like sleeping on cement. One bed was so high my friend needed help getting up into it. All the rules need to be typed and not handwritten as we had a hard time reading them. The teapot was broken so the water went in one end and out the other. Small bathrooms. Poor lighting unless you had the light on with the fan. I am surprised this property stated it was recently updated. It is close to grocery stores and fast food.

We enjoyed this quiet little oasis outside of Phoenix. Such a fantastic property with great amenities to relax and enjoy the Arizona sun. Close to everything you need including shopping and groceries.The property was super clean and the kitchen was well-equipped. The pool area was also lovely and the hot tub was great. Very reasonably priced for how well-equipped this place is. We were delighted with the space and hope to stay here again!

We enjoyed the house and the convenience of the location. We walked to almost everything. The grocery store, restaurants and coffee.

We had a great time staying at this property in Arizona. We were down there for my daughter‘s soccer tournament. The house was clean and had everything that we needed while we were away from home.
