Stayed May 15, 2026Very clean house. EXCELLENT location, easy walking access to beach. Parking is very convenient, we fit two cars easily. The listing says 4 cars, but maybe only if you have 4 small Honda civics Check in was confusing as property manager sent two different door lock codes (didn’t realize it until after i went back and checked all emails). So just be aware of that.There is also NO shampoo/conditioner/body wash and NO coffee. So bring your own. Luckily Vons is a short distance away.Overall very

Stayed Feb 13, 2026We had a fantastic time! Communication was excellent and we had no issues. Everything we needed was readily available. Backyard fire pit was great for relaxing in the evening. Would definitely stay again.

Stayed Nov 28, 2025This home is spacious while still being cozy, the perfect spot for a small group to stay while in Ventura! Walking distance to restaurants and coffee, and of course to the beach! The walk to the beach is quick with no streets to cross which was quite convenient, especially with kids who tend to want to go back and forth. The house is equipped with everything you could need to enjoy the beach (chairs, shovels, buckets, boogie boards, and towels!) The bathrooms and showers are new and clean and the beds are sooo comfortable. The AC/Heater via the modern Splits work so well and fast! We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Stayed Sep 19, 2025This was perfect for our family. There were 6 of us and we had plenty of space. The property is perfectly placed a short walk from the beach. Safe neighborhood. Our host was amazing and communicated with us regularly when we needed her. We would stay here again. I highly recommend it.

Stayed Dec 27, 2024The house is located near the boats for the Channel Islands (5 min drive). The beach is just a few steps away. Good restaurants nearby that accommodated my daughter's dietary needs (Celiac). Kitchen is well equipped. Washer and dryer on site.

Stayed Sep 19, 2024The “newly remodeled beach bungalow” has much to offer and a few shortcomings. Our only complaint is that upon arrival there were a few issues: low propane tanks for fire pit and bbq, second bathroom tub would not properly drain, and a curtain rod mount fell from the wall. Upon contacting the assigned contact, we were instructed in troubleshooting these issues ourselves rather than immediate response and resolution. We did not pay for home maintenance chores; we paid for a trouble free vacation home. About 48 hours into our stay all issues were resolved.
