When we got there, it was our first Vrbo and it was super easy to get in. The house was clean and there were chargers for the kids electronics. It had some lighting that was on motion sensors which was nice. It was close to the beach and both Disneyland and Knotts berry farm. It was small but jad plenty of room for our 7 person family which for the price was amazing! We went to the Santa Anna Zoo which was 7 minutes away. Only bad thing was they have a toilet in the 3 bedroom 2 bath home that jas a wonky flush valve that gets stuck. But the management was able to message us and ket us know hiw to get around that obstacle. It was a great weekend and one my family will not forget. Bravo to the place.

Bedrooms were nice and comfortable but the couch in the living room is broken and needs replaced. And the floors needed to be cleaned.

Very welcoming home, nice place. There was lots of animal fur on the couches caused some allergies. But other than that would highly recommend

The neighborhood was sketchy. The garage door would not close and it wouldn’t open all the way up so you can’t park in it. Especially not an suv.The couch was old and it hurt to sit on. One of the bathrooms toilets would get stuck and would just run water and would not flush. We got it fixed but it kept doing the same thing. The curtains were sheer and see through. No privacy at all. On the positive side: it’s about 20 minutes to Disney. 35 mins from the beach. It had most necessities and the host was responsive.

Overall the place was nice and cozy. The location was perfect near Disney and anything else you would need. The beds were really comfortable. Kitchen was perfect condition with providing us essentials. The couch in the living room had no cushion not nice to sit on. There were ants in the bathroom and rooms.

Convenience of location was fantastic- near major roads to any location. Quiet neighborhood . Restaurants and grocery within driving distance. Wish we had time to use the neat fire pit! Would not sleep 8 adults!

Seriously not cool. Host told me they would move right away they didn’t. Came back from my visit to Disney and they were blocking again. I notified host again and didn’t get a quick response so I took matters into my own hands. The guest told ME to move their vehicle. Uhhh No!Sadly you can tell this is a quick flip. You can

Do not believe the photos presented about the property. They have been cleverly over exposed and expanded to give the idea the property is cleaner, bigger and more modern than it is. The finishing is very poor in the bathroom's, its not very big at all and meant we had to arrange separate accommodation for part of our party. The area is not very nice. Its not good for families. Ok maybe for one nights stay. No more

The home was nice and bright and had everything that was listed. A couple of things to know if you plan to book: *We didn't like was the thin sheer window coverings in all rooms. Basically, if you want privacy, the window coverings did not provide it. We had to put up a blanket to cover one of the room coverings. The 'backyard' is a shared space with the other duplex, so be known that with the thin window coverings, if the other duplex hangs out in the backyard, there's really no privacy.*Kitchen didn't have kitchen towels or hand towels available. *If you have kids, the bath does not have a plug to run a bath and the glass door doesn't slide, it opens a door which makes it difficult to give kids a bath*The couch is not comfy at all. Nice looking couch but not a couch meant to relax in.

On our holiday road trip where family members visited and spent the holidays with us, our first stop was Los Angeles for four days. This condo in Santa Ana, not only was the size of the property perfect for all of us but also the cleanliness was excellent. The condo has 3 small rooms, two bathrooms with showers, a full kitchen and a small living room. A garage for two cars. Very nice condo. The communication with the host was very good. He answered all our questions. Our stay there was very nice and we will definitely keep it in mind for our next visit to Los Angeles.

The rental was beautifully remodeled and exceptionally clean, offering a cozy, home-away-from-home experience. All the appliances were brand new, which was a great touch. A couple of suggestions for improvement might include adding a TV in the master bedroom and installing latch locks on the inside of both doors for extra security. I really appreciated the gated parking, which made our cars feel safe from traffic or vandalism. The location was perfect for Disneyland, though a bit far from Universal Studios. Overall, it was a great stay! I’d definitely recommend this place to a small family—just make sure you’re okay with house coffee!

This little place was conveniently located to where our son & his wife live, which is why we booked it. It was a pretty good central location for other activities in the area. Although the neighborhood was a simple, low-end one comprised of families with lots of cars, it was very quiet and we felt safe (except for very loud fireworks late on Thanksgiving night that scared me at first!). It was comfortable and clean and everything had been freshly renovated and updated. The beds were comfortable but the couch in the living room was not very comfy and didn't provide enough sitting space in general for 5 adults. The space is very tiny and compact but still served it's purpose for us. There were just a few basic kitchen items that were missing but if you're not planning on cooking in, then wouldn't be a problem. But we cooked a lot so needed more towels and oven mitts. Had to wash all dishes by hand which is fine, but there was no dish drainer or drying pad or towels so was a bit of a challenge but we made it work! Outdoor area in back with the fire pit was a nice touch, but it was dirty and unkempt upon arrival. Also, there was no grill even though it was listed. Communication with host was excellent, parking in the garage and driveway very nice and safe. Nothing was mentioned about the gate that you have to get out and open and close each time, so just be aware of that. Nice added safety feature that should be on the list! Overall, a good stay.

Exactly as pictured. Check in process was simple and the house was clean. The beds got mixed reviews by members of our party. Kitchen was nicely stocked (though we didn’t find hand towels for the kitchen?) The fire pit was a very cute option. I don’t recall the listing noting it as a shared feature, but there were other people using it late into the night one of the nights (I assume they were staying in the other half of the duplex). That felt a little weird with them being right outside the bedroom. Overall we had a great stay and would recommend this as a great option.
