Stayed Feb 27, 2026A good job of providing a comfortable and pleasant place to stay at a good price. The beds were especially good. This is an older neighborhood of small houses (maybe 1930's) that is close to several attractions dating back to that period. We visited K.C. for the Arabia Steamboat Museum in the River Market area and the Nelson Adkins Art Museum. Much more to do in the area as well. Seems strange to be in the State of Kansas, drive a few residential area blocks west and you are still in the same residential area but have slipped into the State of Missouri.

Stayed Dec 23, 2024This was the perfect place to connect with family living nearby, have a few meals together, and watch the Chiefs game on Christmas Day. Jason is a very responsive host and the house is well-maintained in a quiet neighborhood. We will stay here again.

Stayed Dec 16, 2023We were looking for a place near to us for our Brazilian family to stay while visiting the USA for the first time. Jason was very responsive and this house was perfect - size was great for 4 people and the location was convenient to our house as well as central to a lot of the touristy things we chose to do.
